This 2nd floor end unit has 3br, 3 bths. Clean and well kept, plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 teenage boys to spread out. Double sized balcony fronts the no-drive beach, with a spectacular view. MBR also faces the beach. Has a very comfortable King bed, and we could watch the sun coming up over the ocean from it each morning. Kitchen has everything we needed, and owner provided a closet full of beach gear for our use, (chairs, umbrellas, toys). Also had baby crib in MBR closet, but we were still able to fit our clothes in. Owner was quickly responsive to any questions that came up during our stay. 5 stars, would definitely book again.

We loved the property and the hostess was readily accessible!! I’d definitely stay their again!! Everything that you need is right there from beach chairs to beach towels!! We had a wonderful week!!

Fun, family and beach! What else do you need besides a great condo to go with it! Kim was great and very attentive! Condo is exactly as described and what our family needed! No drive part of the beach was a plus with 2 littles running around:) Peace of mind for parents! No key system was also a big plus for us all! Great stay!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this condo! I am from the area so we went back to visit friends. It is such a great place to have friends/family visit with. The layout made it easy to cook and watch the kiddos, chat with friends, or just enjoy the view. We had a great time at the pool and the beach just can't be beat! The views, oh my!! The owner was so responsive to everything which we greatly appreciated. The only very minor pieces to consider - the primary bedroom can get hot. They do provide extra fans, black out curtains and you can adjust the dampers but it took about 1-2 days for it to get to our liking (we like it cold!) so just FYI. The rest of the condo stayed really cool the whole time. The other piece is I brought our small baby (10 months) and the entire condo is tile with no rugs or soft floor coverings - because it's at the beach, which I totally understand - but my mother in law had a heck of a time chasing around our busy, wobbly baby who had a few tumbles. Even with that, we would 100% stay here again. Absolutely fabulous!

Beautifully decorated beach front condo. We liked everything about this property. We have stayed at Shores Club many times and this unit ranks right up with our favorites.

My husband and I, our daughter, her husband and 2 children and our son, his wife, and baby stayed here for the second year in a row in June. There are 3 bedrooms with attached baths, so each family unit has their own space. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked most of our meals there. The living/dining room is a good size. There are windows in the master bedroom, living, and dining area that face the ocean so you always have a beautiful view. The balcony off the master bedroom and living room is a perfect place to watch the sun come up or just sit and visit at the end of the day. They supply beach chairs, tents, wagons, toys, and beach towels. Kim is very thoughtful and easy to reach if you have problems (which we have never had) Looking forward to staying there for year 3 next summer!

We needed a nice place on the beach to enjoy an adult getaway before our friends wedding and it just so happened that Welcome to Rockville was the same weekend at the Daytona Speedway. This property was perfect in every way. Beach access was incredibly easy. The provided beach supplies were a life saver. The fully stocked kitchen and linens made it all so much easier. This property has been well maintained and has no signs of neglect or abuse. We were very comfortable the entire time. I wil be looking at this property for future use with my own family. I would recommend this property to anyone and hopento visit again soon.

Absolutely the best time I have ever had.

The location and rental were everything we needed to have a completely enjoyable family vacation. Not having to pack or buy beach items was also very convenient. We would stay here again.

This condo has the most beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous. The beach is a no drive area. The condo itself is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. I love the living/dining room area because it is open and never feels crowded. The bedrooms are huge (guest rooms each have two queen beds) and each has an attached bathroom. The washer and dryer are inside the unit. The outside closet is organized and has every chair, wagon, sand toy you will need for fun on the beach. The pool is heated year round. The residents are very friendly. A wonderful assortment of restaurant options are nearby. The owners respond immediately to any needs. We are scheduled for our third visit!!

Everything was just as promised! I never had to ask a single question! All information was sent to me ahead of time and owner checked on us during our stay to make sure all was well! Set up of condo and location were perfect for our long weekend and travel to and from the track! Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom! Balcony was wonderful with chairs that allowed sight lines over the railing! Thank you for a great stay!

We had a fantastic week at this condo! Our group was 4 adults and 4 kids and it was a perfect layout for us. Communication with owner was quick and easy and they have plenty of games and beach equipment to use on site! We will definitely come back.

My husband, son, daughter in law and two grandchildren had a wonderful stay while in Port Orange for a wedding. Our three bed/ bath unit was spacious and comfortable. Beds were very comfy! Our host, Kim was very responsive prior to and during our stay. The condo was very kid friendly with plenty of beach toys.

I loved how the 3 bedrooms were spread out on different hallways, giving everyone their own space. Loved having 3 baths as we had 3 generations of family with us. The bath listed as jack and jill bath has an extra door that would open up to the hallway if you needed a bathroom for the common area. I loved having beach chairs and beach umbrellas in the unit along with a wagon to get stuff to the beach easily. The view to the beach absolutely can’t be beat. The chairs on the balcony are high letting you see over the railing, making the view even better. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals, although we always can’t wait to go back to our favorite local restaurants. We were there during hurricane Ian, so that made it a memorable vacation. Love this beach, and this is a great place to stay.

Our family - 4 plus a toddler - had a fantastic time in this property. The views were incredible, the beach is pristinely clean and not overrun with tourists. The condo is fully stocked with beach gear and very family friendly. There is a full size crib in the walk-in closet that was perfect for our toddler. The host was very helpful and responsive. We loved our stay and will definitely return!

This was the first time staying here and it was great for our family. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms it gave everyone their own space. The cribs were great for my 10 month old grandson. Everything was there for you from the beach towels, chairs, wagon to transport everything and even a cooler. The kitchen was stocked and each bathroom had hair dryers. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

This is one of our favorite vacation condos we have ever stayed in. Very nicely and comfortably decorated and overlooking a beautiful sunrise over the ocean in the mornings and sunset in the evenings. Owners are fantastic to work with and very determined to make our trip the best it can be and they suceeded at every turn. We were so happy with our stay at this lovely condo. Can’t wait to stay again. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It was also nice to not have to worry about having a key as the door had a number code lock. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Absolutely loved the easy access to the beach. All the extras like the beach wagon to haul all the gear downstairs and the boogie boards were a nice surprise.

We loved our stay at this gorgeous condo! We had so much room and we especially loved the panoramic view. The heated pool was heaven, and I'm so thankful there's a ramp to the beach. The condo was exceptionally clean and had all the necessities plus lots of extras! (Beach towels, chairs, wagon for hauling, boogie boards, noodles). Just fabulous!! We were able to text & talk with the owner which was very nice. We can't wait to go back. Such a wonderful condo and area. Absolutely beautiful! 🥰😍

We were in Daytona for the college cheer nationals and spent a wonderful week at this amazing condo! The place was very clean and had so much space. The views and the sunrises were so beautiful! We loved that you could ride your bikes right on the sand. We will absolutely stay there again!

The condo is very spacious. Each room has a large TV. It was perfect for family and friends to spend time together. The pool is heated year round. The owner provides anything you could need for beach relaxation and fun. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Already rented for next year!
