Close to beach.

Mold on pullout bed. Floor wasn’t clean, disgusting. Had to kill 3 cockroaches. Ants in cabinets. Bed and comforter was not clean. 10 Cigarette butts were left in outside grill. Front storm door was broken and would not stay shut. Outside table had broken tile. Trash can was completely full from prior attendees stay.

The AC worked.

When we arrived, the door code didn't work and there was a broken window cloved with a garbage bag in a different unit. The cleanness was the worse that I have ever experienced... The floor was covered in dog hair and dirt. Areas of the floor trim seemed to be covered in mold also mold on the grab handle of the shower surround. The mattress cover was full of stains, some looked like blood. The mattress itself had holes in it and was also covered in stains and worn out. I plugged a box fan into a power strip that had only a tv plugged in, the power strip melted. The celling fan light in the bedroom didn't work. One fire alarm was missing, the other did not work. 4 pot lights in the kitchen stopped working after it had rained and never worked again. The living room furniture was covered in filth, we did not use. The screened porch was filthy and full of broken patio furniture, the screen door was sprung, and the latch was broken. We had no curbside trash can destinated for any unit and 2 - gallon sized trash cans inside. I messaged the owner about all of these issues, they sent a guy. He replaced light bulbs; he was unable to fix the kitchen or bedroom lights., fire alarms, screen door or replace power strip! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

For the price we paid, everything was great! Amazing location with only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Bed was comfortable and the hosts were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

The place could use a deep cleaning. Things were very dusty but it wasn’t terrible.

Location was good. Quite neighborhood. Close to beach.

Cleanliness of condo. Kitchen needs updated. Pictures for booking looked better than the place itself.

I like the bed, location was fine although I thought it was supposed to be ocean front, that's my fault. I like the porch area.

The counters were dirty, there was sand all over the floors, I also saw a roach. I wiped down the counter tops but other than that I did not sweep or mop bc thats is what the cleaning people are for.

Location

Door code didn't work. Took 30 min for them to call back. Stunk, moldy, mildew small. Dirty socks in floor of bedroom, bathroom cabinet broken, dresser drawer broken, breakers tripped no electricity in bedroom to begin with. Debris from hurricane not cleaned up. Fell in parking lot due to debris and ended up in ER.

location …plumbing worked…air conditioner and ceiling fans were terrific

no linens…blood on old pillows…severely torn mattress cover…odors and stained furniture…parking spaces might accommodate a small golf cart…definitely not able to handle an F150….road construction without warning..had to move F150…oil and dirt all over my truck…no contact with management other than entrance code….porch in serious need of updating
