Super apartment, excellent location

Although it is right on the main strip, it is behind and above all the action and in fact very quiet. As previously described the kitchen is oversupplied and could probably benefit from a little purging. The only thing we wanted and couldn't find was measuring spoons. Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The owners of this apartment obviously use it themselves, as it has a comprehensive selection of equipment - in fact the kitchen cupboards contain so much pots, pans, crockery and gadgets there isn't much room for storing food. It has an internet TV system, so hundreds of channels including streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon (provided you have your own account); it does get a bit congested at times and can freeze for a minute. The WiFi generally ran at 20 to 40 Mbps, though occasionally much less (see above). It is immediately adjacent to the pool area. The best feature is the front and side terrace, the largest on the complex, with a clear view of sea and sunsets; the side has a table under a wooden roof, which provides shade from midday sun and shelter from any rain. The downsides: the terrace is overlooked by the sundeck of the complex next door; there's no a/c, just a ceiling fan in the lounge, and the windows have no mosquito netting;

The location is perfect for nearby restaurants, the beach and shopping. The apartment itself is nicely tucked into the corner of the complex with private terrace, but still right by the communal pool. The apartment had everything we needed. No problem with WiFi, TV, laundry facilities. Perfectly clean, we'd love to go back again.

Every aspect of this stay was very good. Thanks to Dean for excellent organisation and he was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment lived up to expectations. It is very well appointed with everything we needed. Location is excellent . I’d recommend whole heartedly.

This apartment is in a complex in a great location just off the main strip. It has much more outside space than any other apartment we have stayed in when in Lanzarote and as it is the end apartment the space in private. The apartment is very well equipped - perhaps over quipped in that there is so much stuff in the cupboards, they seem overcrowded with unnecessary items and some older slightly chipped crockery giving a feel of not being in pristine condition (hence the 4 for cleanliness). However, the apartment itself was very clean and it is by far the best apartment/location we have found in Lanzarote for the price and I would stay there again.

Apartment is in a fantastic location.In the heart of the resort but complex is very quiet and peaceful.The apartment was spotless clean and so well equipped.The large terrace was an added bonus.I would not hesitate to stay her again.

Fantastic apartment situated in the ideal location. The apartment has two bedrooms and is furnished to a good standard. The views from the balcony are brilliant. Dean from Sovereign Property could not have been more helpful or obliging , he even popped round to say hello and make sure everything was OK.We will definitely return next year.

The apartment was very pleasant. Only problems were as follows. Sky channels for sport,news,itv,bbc,etc were always cutting out because of lack of connection.always cutting out when big matches were coming on. Only connected for 5% of my week. Very frustrating. Didn’t see any match at all. No recycling at all. Everything dumped in black bags. Other than that a nice pleasant area, nice view. You have to be reasonably fit to get your cases up all the steps. Will be back next year even after my comments.

The Apartment is extremely well presented everything you could need and immaculately clean. Perfect location, shops bars restaurants all within very easy reach just a minute or two, excellent large beach just across the road. The apartment is just far enough back off the strip that there is no noise disturbance at anytime of the day or night. Apartment complex is gated, with its own pool, the apartment has the added bonus of its own private sun terrace which can easily accommodate 4-6 sun beds so we could get a tan with the comfort of the wine and beer fridge being almost within arms reach. Balmy evening meals out on the terrace with a great sea view just made this apartment perfect for us. The management couple are English, are very friendly, professional and courteous. Thank you both we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Been going to purto del Carmen for the last 15 years, and stayed in all kinds of accommodation including villas etc. This apartment is by far the best value of them all along with one of the best views.Peaceful and quiet yet on the door step to all the bars and restaurants, no one could be disappointed staying here. Big thanks to Dean at sovereign property management for arranging my booking hope to book again soon.

Stayed in this fantastic apartment for 10 days in March. The description on the web doesn't do it justice, as it really has to be seen to be believed. It is spotless and well maintained and everything went as planned from booking to departure. The kitchen is very well equipped with just one small gripe, we would have liked some condiments supplied, as it is such a waste of food having to buy salt, pepper, etc. and then disposing of them at the end of the holiday - so a wee tip, stock up in the small packets of salt etc. at the airport or restaurants. The view from the apartment and large balcony is magnificent and the location is close to everything, we really were spoiled for choice with the number of restaurants in the vicinity. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, and if cushions for the sun beds had been supplied would have made it more comfortable, so another tip, buy the pads locally at a cheap rate. Just one more small problem - I suffer with arthritis and if a rail was installed in the shower, it would have taken the fear of slipping away and possibly a shelf in the shower for all products required.In no way let the above put you off going to this apartment, as I for one, will definitely return. I only want to inform the owner of some small in-expensive changes to make the apartment even better than it is already.
