Excellent location, the apartment was beautiful everything you would expect from a well look after apartment,
I must mention this person Maria, you were so thoughtful upon our arrival and just the little things you done to make us welcome wine etc… thank you. ❤️
The chair legs are a nuisance and we lost count how many time we stubbed our toes, i’m sure we won’t be the last, little detail needed to the settee arms probably need a steam clean, the pool area has no shade doesn’t get used to its full potential, would be nice if they invested sail shaded triangles would make so much difference.

Location is perfect just behind the main strip with lots of nice bars and restaurants close by. The large balcony is ideal for sitting out and the pool was extremely quiet with no problem getting a sun bed. Beach is directly across the road with sun beds available for hire. Very clean with everything you need. Also we did not notice any noise from the bars so perfect location with no downside

Location on busy commercial strip. Wasn't actually noisy at night but felt it could be at certain times.

The apartment was bright and clean. Without doubt it’s best feature is the stunning view and the excellent location, being just a step away from the lovely beach and all the choice of bars and restaurants in Puerta Del Carmen.
There was nothing I didn’t like, however the double bed mattress was not so comfortable causing a dip in the middle.
The bathroom and general paintwork is looking a little tired and would benefit the apartment if replaced and repainted soon.

Everything about this apartment was absolutely exceptional. There is nothing at all that I could fault. Maira was so helpful from the very beginning of our booking and the apartment location was nothing short of perfect. We will definitely be looking to return to this apartment in the near future.

Maria was so helpful from the moment I booked until we left the apartment. Perfect location and the view was amazing. Beds were very comfortable and the pool was relaxing and quite as we spent most our time there and at the beach that was only a 2 minute walk if even.
Perfect for families, a group of friends and even a couple just a spare room for your bags etc.
Nothing, there was no noise from the street below as mentioned in other reviews so I wouldn’t worry about that!

Everything, The views fantastic the apartment was extremely clean and spacious location is spot on restaurants shops literally on your door step, beach less than 100 metres away.
