The best home ever love this home

All in all, we would absolutely stay here again during future trips to Saint Simons! The home is very charming and offers lots of space for an active group. We certainly had more than enough room for our multi-generational family! We really enjoyed the location as well, and rode our bikes all over the island. The pool was very nice after long bike rides and as a beach alternative during a fishing tournament (our teenager even took advantage of pre-breakfast swims)! It is obvious the addition was recently completed with the upstairs master bath requiring some punch list attention. However, the downstairs addition seemed to be done very well. The only other bits to be mindful of were in the kitchen... the dishwasher was not always reliable to deliver clean dishes and use of the oven caused the living room to smell of gas. We quickly learned to use the range hood ventilation whenever using the oven to help mitigate the smell. We saw these issues as small punch list items also, all easily addressed during a week without guests. Thank you for a wonderful fall break!

We found the home beautiful. It worked perfectly for our weekend get away. The road is a little busy and at times noisy. Our girls loved the pool and that it was walking distance to the Village.

This is the one of the nicest homes we have ever rented. The decor was gorgeous and the location was fantastic. The cottage was across the street from the beach access. Literally, a 2 min walk. We walked to dinner every night. The outdoor was wonderful after a day at the beach. The interior was spotless and the yard is beautifully landscaped. We have already booked for next year.

This was one of the best properties we have ever stayed on in any location! The home is so charming and has wonderful amenities. The location is superb - you can access the beach easily and the downtown Village area. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Awesome property! Vicinity to the beach was great, a very short walk across the street. We really enjoyed the pool in the backyard, as well.

Rent this house! The best location. Literally one block from the beach (easily walkable). About 1/2 mile from the downtown business district. The property is gorgeous inside and out. The little details-decor, nice sheets/towels, the lighting options. The pool is LOVELY - fountains add a lot! And the outside lounge area we used daily. Don’t hesitate to give this property a try. Can’t wait to come back.
