Location was awesome! Easy walk to the beach, food, bars and shopping. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect location, walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, shopping. The apartment was clean, host was very responsive with my questions. We had a great time, and would definitely stay here again.

It was the perfect location for a softball tournament in Gulf Shores. Across the street from the public beach & walking distance to numerous restaurants. Condo was the perfect size for a couple. The building is older but the unit itself was in good condition & reasonably priced.

Great location. We just parked the car and walked everywhere. Great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable bed. We were in town for the Shrimp Festival - perfect location for that! We were able to go back to room whenever we wanted and then go back to the festival. We had a great time! Thank you. The only thing we didn't like was checking out at 10 am - this is a little early for us. We always ask for a late checkout. Overall, it was very enjoyable!

Rules say no trucks or SUVs under cover. There were 3 trucks and 2 SUV's. I am handicapped and we parked outback. We obeyed the rules. Other than that the price , location and comfort were GREAT! Nice and quiet after school goes back for summet

We enjoyed our work related stay. It is so convenient to the beach, as well as to restaurants and other amenities. Our host helped me at the last minute via a telephone call and I was so very grateful for that personal communication & service from her! If you don't need a full kitchen or a lot of space, this could be the perfect spot for you & a friend! It worked out well for us. There is a microwave, a single serve coffee maker & a little fridge in the kitchen. If you "luck up" you can park your smallish car under the building. It was not a problem for us regarding parking as there is side street parking and a back lot if the others are full. Make sure, however, to print off your parking pass before hitting the road.

The place looked cute when we got there, I noticed little things here and there that were not clean. I’m not one to complain, so I thought I’d just mention to the owner her cleaning staff is not doing so good. The beds were not good, we had to take the bed topper off our bed because it was so uncomfortable and the pull out was worse. We put the topper on the pullout and it was a world of difference. The communication was great with the owner in regards to the beds. However, on checkout date I was unplugging the cell phone cords and I jumped out of my freaking skin!! There was a giant cockroach!!!! I am worried sick that I will bring cockroaches home in my luggage. I will be unpacking everything in my garage. I reached out to the owner with my concerns and pictures, but I have not heard anything back from her. I honestly would never stay there again.

We stayed here as a quick trip before meeting family in another beach location! It was a great spot and within walking distance of the beach and great food spots. Would book again!

The property is centrally located to the pink pony pub and the hangout. The public beach across the street is nice. The bed was horrible, it appears to be an old boarding house. The parking pass was a hassle. The only reason to stay here is the location if you want to be in the main intersection of gulf shores. The owners were nice.

It’s a great location you can walk almost anywhere, but it was very small and AC did not work so it was very hot in the room. Other than that I would probably stay again

This little efficiency apartment was cute and very clean. We loved being within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. We appreciated how quiet it was. We had an issue with the TV and the owners helped us resolve it quickly. One of the downsides was that the 2 layers of foam padding on the bed made it too soft. We understand some people like feeling as if they are sleeping on a cloud but it didn't provide enough support for our backs and made climbing into bed a little difficult for for us 60-somethings. Also, the 3-handle tub faucet needs repair or replacement. It doesn't mix the water temperature well. Until I figured out the trick to adjusting it I had to take cold showers. However, we still enjoyed our trip to wonderful Gulf Shores.

Loved our stay! Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Hangout Fest! It was perfect!!

My son and I were in Gulf Shores for a collegiate volleyball tournament. We were so VERY close to everything including across the street from the event and The Hangout. Everything went smoothly. It's a small space but has all that you really need and you cannot beat the location. It was also clean and even though there is a lot of activity, we didn't hear anything outside. Would definitely stay there again.

This property was great and perfect for a friend's getaway trio. The location was awesome and close enough to everything! We enjoyed being able to walk instead of having to drive and find parking everywhere.

Excellent location and very cute and comfortable property! Parking was easy and the property is in great condition - only exception is that the shower head doesn’t fully turn on, so washing off that beach sand is a little harder to do. You get light shower pressure and the lower tap filling at the same time.
