Location was great, staff were great and the place was perfect for my party of 8.

A beautifully located condo between Gulf Shores State Park and the busy Orange Beach strip. The beach was quiet and not all that busy. The condo was beautiful, updated, and well stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Great communication with the host. Make sure you stop at Pete’s Dounuts and Beachside Mini golf. Only about two miles East of the condo. Check out CoastAL for a nice beach front dinner. Looking forward to our next stay!

We enjoyed staying at this condo in the Palm Beach Resort. The condo was well appointed with everything you could need and the property was so removed from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the beach, it provided such a relaxing retreat for our family. We would definitely recommend to any of our family and friends.

The condo is as beautiful as the beach. Richard & Susan were great hosts and take exceptional care of the unit. We will be back

Condo is spacious with plenty of closets and pantry in kitchen, very clean and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

I have been visiting Orange Beach/Gulf Shores since I was a child. My parents and I agreed this was the BEST condo we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot!). The size of the complex was much smaller than the mega-towers, no waiting for an elevator for hours. No waiting for check in either, though we did hit a few snags with the parking app, but sorted them out. Richard was very kind and responsive when we had an issue with the sink. 5/5, will stay here again!

Excellent location and condo.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property, and just like our last time here, it did not disappoint! The condo was spotless when we arrived and it was no problem to get in or get parking. The close proximity to both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores attractions/restaurants is so nice. We have a family of 4, and this property provided more than enough space. Plenty of supplies and kitchen utensils, wonderful balcony and view of the beach, awesome new furniture, and a huge master suite. Again, as with our last stay at this condo, we would be hard-pressed to find any cons to this property! We highly recommend-you won't be disappointed.

This was one of the easiest VRBO experiences we have had! The unit was perfect and beautiful. The owner was most helpful and stayed in contact with us before, during, and after! Very caring individual. This will be our go to spot when we come to Orange Beach.

Our family of 6 including 2 adults, 2 teens, 1 preteen, and 1 child all had plenty of space to relax in this clean and well-appointed condo. Beds were comfy, master suite was giant, the spacious great room easily accommodated us, and the kitchen had all the tools and gadgets we needed. The location was perfect for us, right on the border with the State Park meant that there were much fewer people competing for beach space from surrounding condos. The pool was excellent, and we used it a lot. During our stay, there was construction on a very large (probably Phoenix) condo right next door, but the noice didn’t really bother us. The balcony has a beautiful view (my one recommendation for the property owner would be to improve the patio furniture out there). Richard was available for any questions or problems, but we had none once we got through parking registration (user error). Overall, a very lovely and relaxing stay. Will definitely consider making this a regular property for return trips!

This beautiful condo is perfect. It is beautifully furnished with everything we needed. The balcony allows for a direct view of the beach. The beach is a short elevator ride and a few steps away. Restaurants and shopping are just a short drive away. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.

This condo was an excellent choice for our family--3 generations., including 3 teenagers. Nice central location. Plenty of space. Very clean and the best stocked kitchen we have ever rented. Plenty of storage containers for leftovers. We enjoyed having the large round table so we could eat together and play games every night. The guys were glued to the large screen TV once the Master's Golf Tournament started. Easy check-in and the owner responded quickly to any of our questions. Bonus--the State Park trailhead is right across the street and so is a bike rental place. The teens enjoyed the smoothie place across the street. There is construction going on to the east of the building, but the noise was not bad. The good news is the beautiful balcony is on the northwest side and the sound is blocked. Best condo we have ever rented.
