Location
A lot of noise from other guest. Complained to the front desk but nothing was resolved.

The location and the staff were awesome. The service provided were exceptional.
The air conditioner broke our first night around 3am. But they put us in another room immediately.

All the employees were so friendly. The second shift lady was so nice, and helpful when we needed to add another night to our stay. The room was very nice.

Staff was great. The hotel was very clean.
Our TV didn't work nor did the phone to call front desk. The neighbors had three small children who screamed all night. After being on the road for over 10 hours and had been awake over 24 hours we didn't get much sleep.

The hotel was clean and the staff was all very friendly! The food on the breakfast buffet was awesome and the staff was ⁷
The hotel internet was lacking speed. And my phone cell could not get any reception within the building.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the building, the staff was awesome, everything/everyone we encountered was fantastic. I highly recommend Comfort Inn Suites in Wooster!

not necessarily the property, but the staff; I overheard a few of them using curse words and that is inappropriate in a place where families with young children could be staying

It was nice and clean. Didn't spend a lot of time in the room as I was visiting relatives in the area. The cookies were a nice touch.
The pricing was a little high. Don't know if that is because everything is high right now but I basically only slept in the room.

Breakfast was great. Loved the waffles. Coffee was good. Everything was clean and maintained. Staff we met were all friendly.
Offensive Odor in hallway sometimes. Lights in room blinked often...maybe when heat kicked on and off. No drawer space to put clothing into just a small closet for hanging items. Overall great but wanted to share.

Breakfast was ok hotel was clean
I did not get the room I reserved with the king bed. I was told it happened to 3 other guest that night. But now they were sold out of rooms. Then I was promised a 50.00 discount but also did not get that after several requests I only got a 30.00 discount
People in room next to ours were so loud we barely got any sleep the walls are paper thin and we call to guest services to complain. The people next too us were yelling and burping fir hours.
