The balcony was nice. Had a view of the ocean. The decor was beautiful.

Parking, no carts to unload and load was very limited and frustrating. Had to walk around and hour looking for a cart and asking people if when they were done using it if I could have it to use. Staff was not helpful about that. Trying to use the shuttle was a joke. It cost more money to use the shuttle then to just drive to Henderson park and pay. Also the shuttle guy who drove told us at 10am it was a hour wait and couldn’t even tell us if we would be able to get on because there is only one and the shuttle goes to other hotels/ condos. Terrible service

The facilities were great and the pool was beautiful. Loved the location.

The room did not look like the pictures online at all. Everything looked more old and not clean like the pictures. It definitely needs a deep cleaning. The bed was falling apart. The toilet kept running. The shower was clogged with hair from the previous renter. The handle to the sliding main door to the balcony was broken. The dryer smelled like it was burning when using it.

Location was nice, gulf view was nice.

Pool rules were stupid, most unnecessary rules in hotel history, will not be returning for that simple reason.

It advertises ocean view. My view was the Dollar tree parking lot. You are required to pay $189 for cleaning fee and are responsible for taking sheets off all beds and put them in the tub, load the dishwasher and turn it on and lastly you are to removed all trash and dispose of yourself off of the property. I didn't intend on paying almost $700 for 2 nights to take my trash home with me. Ridiculous!!!

The balcony area was nice.

That they didn't want the AC to be set below 70. Not sure why or if it was meaning when we left the room but I prefer it to be cold and 70 degrees was hot and uncomfortable for me

I really love the balcony area and the sliding doors that gave you easy access to the balcony

Beds was a little stiff better shower head

I was very pleased with the Palms . We loved the pool!!

Pull out bed was broken they provided an air mattress which was nice but who wants to sleep on an air mattress for a week. The shower also needed to be cleaned as it had mold in it.

Condo was nice. Location to pools from condo wonderful

Walk from car to condo location was challenging. An easier path from parking garage to east tower would be wonderful Was led to believe that we could walk to public beach access .. wasnt told we had to cross busy Highway. Was led to believe pools could be a lazy river type with tubes...pool was too cold.
