We were a big group with kids of different ages. We all had a wonderful time.
The house was very confortable and Helene took care of us in everything we needed.

Our family group stayed in the villa for 10 days during July and August, with the eldest guest at 70 and the youngest a baby of 10 months.
The pool and garden area are really lovely and were a big seller to us when looking for a holiday rental, the infinity pool is beautiful and the surrounding areas are peaceful, Busot is a very newly renovated area and is well looked after. While we enjoyed our time at the house there are definitely some things that need looking into…
Air Conditioning
The biggest issue for us was the lack of advertised air conditioning throughout the house. This is advertised on the booking page, however, we were extremely disappointed to find that A/C is only available in the basement and not in the other 3 other floors. As we were travelling with a young baby, this was especially important to us and we feel the villa description on VRBO is misleading- had we known that A/C is only available in one room we would not have booked this home. At one stage we had 5 people sleeping in the basement and 2 in the lounge as the heat in the bedrooms was unbearable.
As a family we specifically rent holiday homes which are equipped for self-catering. However, we found that without AC or even a fan available in the kitchen area it made cooking and eating-in a real chore.

Relaxing, beautiful
Very easy to rent, easy communication with owners and Helene, busot is a lovely town only a 15 minute walk away from the villa, beach is a 10 minute drive away, enjoyed our time there and we ally very nuchal enjoyed the villa and what it had to offer. Thanks again

Une maison contemporaine magnifiquement décorée mais...
L'équipement et la décoration de cette maison sont parfaits. Elle est spacieuse, agréable, avec un jardin tropical et bien située dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Elle est proche de la montagne et de la plage (en voiture). Pour profiter sereinement des lieux, des produits contre les moustiques sont néanmoins indispensables. Le seul bémol de notre séjour a été l'incompétence du pisciniste qui nous a empêché de profiter d'une piscine propre et à débordement. Heureusement, le propriétaire a été conciliant.

Falta mantenimiento
El alojamiento es igual al de las fotos, pero le falta mantenimiento y es una pena, porqué sinó lo cuidan se echará todo a perder.
Nos encontramos: la casa solo tiene aire acondicionado en el sótano, no en toda la casa. La ducha del sótano no funciona del todo bién (sale muy poca agua no te puedes duchar), hay dos puertas sin manetas, la campana extractora de la cocina ahora va, ahora no va, en la terraza de fuera hay dos pies para sombrillas pero sin sombrillas. Irían bién para poder desayunar fuera porqué sinó dá toda la solana. Un ventilador de techo de arriba del todo hace ruido, para dormir es un poco molesto. Llegamos y el horno estaba que daba miedo. Y encima la piscina no sé que le pasó, se volvió verde y estuvimos un día sin ella. Vino el de mantenimiento y nadie nos dijo cómo proceder (3 horas sin poder bañarse, 1 dia... )nada! Lo que he dicho en el título, mantenimiento!
Recomendable spray antimosquitos!! Sinó se te comen!
Por el resto la casa es amplia y caben perfectamente12 personas. Eramos 12 adultos, 4 adolescentes y 2 niños.

Los mosquitos fueron los protagonistas
La casa muy bonita, las vistas, limpieza buena, entretenimiento asegurado.
El problema es que no pudimos disfrutar de la zona de la piscina por la noche porque los mosquitos te comían y es una pena porque las noches son muy agradables y frescas fuera de la casa. Hasta el tercer día no nos libramos un poco de ellos, que fue cuando el chico encargado de la piscina fumigó porque nos dijo que había un nido. Y es que no nos dejaban un momento salimos todos de allí llenos de picotazos.
En la casa mucho calor dentro porque no podíamos abrir por los mosquitos aunque echábamos la persiana no entraba ni un poco de fresco. En las habitaciones al estar las mosquiteras rotas mismo problema. Y el sistema de persianas que tiene no es nada cómodo y además está mal porque tiene la mosquitera fija delante de ellas. Y al coincidir con temporada de mucho calor lo pasamos un poco mal por las noches.
Si hubiéramos tenido aire acondicionado habría sido magnífico. Sólo había en el sótano.

We were two families travelling together and had a great week. The house is very spacious with lots of possible activities. The house and especially the pool could do with some renovation - but all in all good value for money.

Beautiful, relaxing location for the whole family
Our party consisted of two families with small children ranging from 18 months to 10 years. The house was beautifully laid out so that there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was fantastic, if a little cold to start with but by then end of the week it was a wonderful temperature. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels were provided.
The kitchen had everything and a little bit more that you could possibly need with a fabulous outdoor gas bbq.
You will need a Netflix subscription as they don’t have satellite tv and the DVD player is in the cinema room which we couldnt figure out how to use. However the sofa was new and very luxurious in the main lounge and fitted everyone on with ease. Lovely comfortable room with open plan access to the kitchen.
David the manager was super helpful and very easy to contact should we have any questions or need anything.
You will definitely need a car as there is nothing for miles but don’t let that put you off as it felt a very peaceful safe area.
I would recommend that you shop in El Campello, there is a great supermarket by the main tram station that has everything you need.
El Campello also has a beautiful beach with great cafes and restaurants who welcome families.
Fancy a day out then catch the tram to Alicante and visit their amazing marina and castle.
And finally you MUST take plenty of mosquito repellent and bite cream!!!!
We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Wonderful place for a big group
We enjoyed our holidays in the villa. The pool was great with the kids. Here was enough space for everybody (we were 11 persons). Air condition would have been a good addition in rooms at 4th floor.

Prachtig huis, met 2 kritieke puntjes
Wat een heerlijk huis! Mooi en ruim opgezet in een prima rustige buurt. De slaapkamers zijn allemaal erg ruim en bijna allen voorzien van heerlijke badkamer met douche.
In de advertentie staat dat er airco is, maar deze zit alleen in de kelder! Wij waren er toen het een paar dagen 35+ graden was, dan is airconditioning geen overbodige luxe, zeker niet voor het geld wat we betaalden voor de woning. Het 2e punt van kritiek, die hier veel te lezen is, zijn de muggen! Er moet wel ergens een watertje of iets dergelijks zijn want deze waren in zulke grote getallen aanwezig. Ik wil de eigenaar dan ook adviseren om te investeren in horren en airconditioning. Het huis is prachtig en zeer luxe, maar hier en daar verdient het wel een opknapbeurt.
Voor een restaurant moet je met de auto 10minuten rijden naar Busot. Voor boodschappen is El Campello aan te raden, wat toch 15-20 min is. (waar ook geweldige restaurants zijn. Aanrader -> La Vaqueria).
Al met al een heerlijke vakantie gehad in een mooi huis met prachtig uitzicht.

Un séjour magnifique
Nous avons passé 12 jours à 10 personnes dans la villa. Elle est parfaite. Très propre, bien agencee et idéale pour un séjour en famille. Merci à Jean-luc de nous avoir conseillé de prendre 2 véhicules. Ils sont indispensables pour pouvoir visiter les environs. Le seul bémol aura été les moustiques mais David nous a été de bon conseil pour des produits efficaces. Ceux apportés de Belgique ne fonctionnant pas. Pour résumer : je conseillerai cette villa sans hésitation

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub!
Wir haben mit unserer Familie (9 Personen) einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier in Spanien verbracht.
Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet und verfügte über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Die Lage war sehr ruhig mit schönem Blick auf die Berge und Busot.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt auch Dank David der uns sehr nett und freundlich vor Ort betreut hat.

Amazing property!!!
Had a very relaxing week staying at this property, there was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The pool was large enough for us all to be in at the same time. Plenty of seating areas for dining and relaxing and was very clean. We didn't have a car but would recommend that one is needed. The property owner gave us a number for a British man living out there that does provide transfers at a reasonable rate, he was also very helpful and reliable. Great house ...
Visited with friends and had a great time.
So much room. A great large couch in the living room fitting 10 people. Also a large kitchen with everything you need (2 refrigerators). To be honoust we missed a small water boiler. So we bought it and left it for future guests. Pool was nice, large and warm. The basement was an extra bonus with the snooker table, table tennis, small gym and the home theater. Busot is nice for a walk in the morning to get bread. The supermarket is about 15 minutes by car.
The owners and people onsite are very friendly. Overall we definately recommend this house. Wouldn’t mind going back!

Perfect stay for a large family
The villa was very spacious and therefore a perfect fit for a family stay. All rooms had a good size, the outdoor area was really good with a decent sized pool and plenty of room for eating outside, the basement setup was perfect for the family (and especially the kids) to enjoy a game of pool or table tennis.
There were some issues with pool heating during our stay due to a new heater and temperature changes, but this was likely just a one time thing.
The villa is located in the remote town of Busot where we enjoyed the peace and quiet. It is recommendable to take a stroll through the small streets of Busot or take a short hike to the top of the local Castillo. Expect a 15 min drive to the local beach in Campillo as well as grocery shopping at Lidl.

Very well designed and maintained villa for a large group. Good beds and eating areas.Nice clean pool and outdoor area. We took some teenagers so could have done with more sun loungers but was great to have the cinema room downstairs for the young ones.The nearest village of Busot only has a couple of restaurants - we also had a very reasonable lunch in the sports centre. It was a shame it was not possible to walk to this village in the evenings as the roads are not lit and there are no pavements.The drive to a range of supermarkets in El Campello is 20 mins with some very reasonable wine and food.Beaches were busy and we were unable to find any quiet coves ( which in some parts of Spain you can). Overall though a good, clean, well maintained villa. The owners were very accommodating with our early and late arrival and departure. Thank you

Very well designed and maintained villa for a large group. Good beds and eating areas.

Fabulous villa
The villa was amazing. Very comfortable for 6 adults and 5 children. It is quite rural with no tavernas or local shops within walking distance. Car hire esential. Mosquitos were a problem. There was only air conditioning in the basment bedroom/ games room. Overall very relaxing holiday.

maison très agréable, piscine superbe par contre un peu éloigné de la ville pour les courses, trop de moustiques, la maison devrait être équipée de moustiquaire dans les chambres afin de pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit et rideaux occultant pour pouvoir dormir le matin, il serait bien de mettre des ventilos non bruyant dans les chambres

Fantastic Family Villa!!!
We were a family of 12 staying for a week at this surberb villa, ages ranged from 6 to 67! The villa is beautifully presented, very well equipped and extremely spacious. We couldn’t have asked for any more! We spent a lot of our time in and around the pool area which has plenty of seating, sun beds and a partially shaded terrace which was welcomed when you needed a break from the sun. The views of the mountains and Busot from the pool area are beautiful. The children (and adults!) particularly loved the games and cinema room. The villa is located in a lovely quiet modern area of Busot. Dimitar was very helpful and welcoming and a bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone!! We hope to be back in the future. Thank you Jean-Luc and Tamara.

Geweldig!
De woning is prachtig, modern en heel ruim. Alles is aanwezig. Vooral de kelder met de pooltafel, tafeltennis en bioscoop was erg in trek bij onze kinderen. Het zwembad is ruim, nog wel koud eind april. Mooie tuin. Buiten bbq. Echt top!

Stunning villa, beautiful location, excellent hosts
We were a group of 8 and the villa was perfect for our holiday! The interior and design of the villa are all superb - especially the pool area and outside seating areas. The view across the pool is beautiful too.
All rooms are very well-equipped with everything you could need to enjoy your holiday.
Jean-Luc and Tamara were incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and Dimitar was an asset while we were there too.
