Location, good price, and the apartment had everything we needed. Very clean, comfy beds. Store downstairs, beach just across the street. Perfect!

Liked everything! But in the summer I probably would miss aircondition.

The place was clean, in a great location a d have all the facilities we needed.

There were also guests upstairs who were noisy but the landlord was helpful and messaged them to stop once I told him

It was a very last minute trip. I booked our flights and accommodation the night before and on arrival in Alicante I’d seen that the apartment we’d initially booked had been cancelled. So I booked this place and received a conformation that we could enter the apartment as soon as! The owner also called moments later to confirm how soon we were getting to the apartment and said he’d be sending somebody. When I arrived, they were there waiting with the key. I also really liked how conveniently close everything was. From the beach to the groceries right downstairs, to the coffee shops and restaurant strip a short walk away. Very convenient. The apartment also had everything I needed.

The location is amazing!!! Flat is very spacious and host couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. Will definitely be staying again when we come back to Alicante Thankyou!

Location of this apartment couldn't be better for restaurants and the beach/marina and short walk to the tram for excellent transport links.

If this place had a balcony and beach side view it would be perfect.
