The size of the room was great for our family. We really liked having the kitchen and dining area. It makes it feel more like a home. Having two separate rooms made sleeping easier with the children. The location in the city was probably the best feature. You are close to so many of the tourist areas. Which were were a very typical family just having a vacation to enjoy the area.

The fan for the bathroom was loud, but luckily that was not on for very long. The couch was well used, and was not the most comfortatable. That really is just knit picking. Honestly, there really was not any major complaints.

No food. Very clean, friendly but in a sketchy neighborhood.

They charged me full amount 24 hrs before i arrived and then when i signed in they copied my card number on a separate sheet of paper. Room smelled.

A very quiet and convenient location. The property is old and the building we stayed in looked like a heritage. The rooms were very thoughtfully furnished and equipped. The owners are very friendly and eager to take care of any needs we had. had a memorable stay.

I think others mentioned...it's not the most updated place. Also, the bathrooms were tiny.

Wifi was a little slow. But manageable.

The person that checked us in was great... met us at the door and held the door open for and was so helpful. As others have said, don't expect the property to look like the Marriott. It is an a motel built in the 50's that has been restored. But don't get me wrong, it is very rustic and quaint. You can't beat the view! The Garden of the God's out your window or Manitou Peak out the other... depending which room you get. You park right outside your room which was great for us because we where there for a Hockey Tournament. The rooms are charming and comfortable and clean. Its like stepping back in time. There are plenty of local restaurants with great food and your standard chain fast-food. Everything you need is right there in town. You are right across the road from a hiking and biking trail that is really nice. This is a gem of a place. During hockey season we are there a lot from Feb to May. We won't be staying at the big chain Hotels anymore... this is our new place to stay.

Nothing to mention... had a leaking shower head... but easily fixed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered to help with our luggage. They serviced our room during our stay.
