Nice updated apartment. Very clean. Actually spotless. Very quiet.

No issues at all. We enjoyed our stay. And will be back.

Nice clean place within walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs

the booking agent was uncontactable when the door code would work and no wifi password information had to phone owner to get the door lock code sorted he was excellent thanks.

The beds were comfortable. We didn't have a problem getting in or finding it.

The house was not clean. After 5 minutes of walking on the floor our feet were filthy! We were going to try to clean it ourselves but the mop only had the one reusable cloth and it was disgusting. So we had to wear sandals, continuously wash our feet or sacrifice socks. Everything was dusty and there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom counter. Luckily the beds were decent. The location isn't great for the price you pay, and for the price I expected it to at least be clean. My kids couldn't play or sit on the floor so it wasn't comfortable. I was very disappointed. It was close-ish to downtown but the "neighborhood" was dark and there was no way we could walk downtown and back and feel comfortable. I guess we will stick to hotels from now on.

Lots of communication before arrival from host with clear instructions how to get there and get in. Well equipped and comfortable. In a great location for accessing all the sights and sounds of Manitou Springs.

As Brits, we struggled with the TVs!

Noisy neighbors, trashy patio, (yes it’s a tampon) very small bedrooms, low water pressure. Management company is clueless and slow to fix issues. Took 3 days to get results. And overcharged
