Great spot great location.

It was great for us; comfortable, and quite spacious, think it needs a new shower head! Also maybe an outside light near stairs would be a good idea, pretty dark coming home from dinner. We also had an issue with one of the dishwashers.

Great house which is set up well for our fur babies. House will maintained with all amenities provided. Good location and only a 15min walk to the Main Street. Check in process and correspondence with the property manager made our stay enjoyable. Would certainly book again and recommend to others.

Was a great location and a great size house for the family. Areas of the house had mould and a lot of condensation in the windows and walls. Gas heating good in the lounge but not for warming rest of house. Shower had low pressure.

It was a great place to stay with families. We will definitely stay here again given the opportunity and time to come back. Excellent service and prompt response from the property manager. The house was very clean and tidy.

Great house especially for two families. Due to pets being inside, venetian blinds were broken and some couldn't be raised or lowered. Cleanliness of furniture needs attention as does the changing of light globes. Kitchen well equipped for larger families

Cute location, close to the beach with a good view from the deck. Secure yard for pets and good entertaining area. Bath tub was great.

It is an excellent place for those who want to bring their pets. All amenities are excellent....... kitchen bathroom laundry. Beds are super comfortable and towels/bed linen are of high quality. Drinking water in Port Fairy is not great so buy some bottles. Only negative is a few protruding nails on the deck and a gate at the front of the house would be nice for additional pet/children security

A nice property in a nice location

This property was amazing. Very accommodating for families. And was excellent in cleanliness. Looking forward to renting this property in the near future hopefully for a longer stay.. thank you.

This great little property is perfectly located near the beach & great value. Property was really clean , great kitchen & well catered for. Only feedback would be aircon ( hard in 40 degree days) but for the price of it, i understand. Also it’s a pet friendly property, the yard is secure, but I would highly recommend a gate on the balcony because the dogs can run straight out onto the road if you’re not careful. We had to do a makeshift gate to keep them secure when we were sitting outside having a drink. Beds are not super comfortable, i was ready to go home to have a better sleep, but for the price of this property, the convenience, the cleanliness..I would highly rate it & would stay again.

There was everything you needed at this place heaps of space for a family or just a weekend away for 2 i would definitely recommend this place to stay at

Beautiful house amazing spa all was perfect very recommend for a family’s . The only think that I will suggest to make it safe for dogs and young children’s is put a security door in the stairs that go to the street.

Great house inside but garden was not child or pet friendly. Broken outside light with exposed wires and old bbq.

Beautifully presented, well stocked with supplies and kitchen gadgets etc. Enclosed yard for the dogs. Short walk to beach. Will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay house was fabulous clean and tidy with everything that was needed. The agents were friendly and gave information on things to do around the area. Would recommend this place to anyone

The place was extremely well equipped and comfortable. With great verandahs and good backyard it provided plenty of space for BBQ's , guest and the dogs. The location was a short stroll to the beach areas - rocky & sandy and a comfortable walk (20mins) into town. There are a few areas that need a little love - wear & tear and sea salt - eg. rear sliding door (& all windows) and external lights. No airconditioning and single fan - could do with one in a couple of bedrooms if windows don't open ( locked & no key)

the house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. the backyard very good for dogs, with a ramp up to the decking around the house (our old girl appreciated it) Only thing maybe a gate at the front steps to keep dogs or children in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back. Very secure property and the children and dogs loved their stay.
