Very small room high price and so far from city

It is a very good hotel. Beautiful view. quiet place

The view from the terrace and great wifi and heating in the room.

A bit far from the main road

Amazing view from the balcony (not room balcony but like shared balcony). Lots of very nice cats around ready to give you all their love if you feed them (otherwise they don't care about you). Really big and very warm room. Very good pressure in the shower. And hot water is really hot.

1. Very very very loudly place with no soundproofing at all. I couldn't go sleep any early than 3 a.m. because other guests didn't sleep till late night and I heard how bad they don't sleep. That was like each night. 2. In the other room there was a parrot (sic!). Yes, a parrot lives in the place. And it makes very loud noises (like screams) every minute all day long. Very annoying. 3. It other room there is a family with a little baby. And the baby is crying sometimes as you guess. I have nothing against babies, just don't think that it's good idea to let family with a baby to live in a guest house for 10 mounths. 4. Lots of dogs were hanging out like in 10 meters from my window - there was like a spot for that dogs. And they barked all the time! Like at 8 a.m. or at 2 a.m. So it was like you go to sleep at 3 a.m. and wakeup at 8 a.m. because of that very loud barks. It wasn't like barks from faraway - it was barks of 3-5 dogs like in 10 meters right from your window (no metter if it closed or not - it was very loud and annoying eatherway). 5. There is a sewerage pipe right in the room under the bed (under its headside). I'm not kidding. When you sleep (or just lay down on the bed) there is like 40 cm between your ears and that sewerage pipe. Maybe for someone the feeling of sewage going next to his head is kind of relaxing experiens which helps to fall asleep but not for me. For me it's just disgusting feeling and noices. 6. When there was a problem with light in the room - I asked staff to fix it and they didn't care about my request for 3 days. So I had to ask them again and only after that they decided to fix it. 7. Hotel owner didn't give me a change of 5 GEL during check in. She told me that she don't have change and will give me 5 GEL later that day. And she didn't.

if I compared this hotel with what you would get in europe for same money, i would rate it exceptional. but my absolute rating is 7 because there is still space for improvement. perfect view - city on front hill in the back. if you look at the hill you feel like in a base on the mars very magic environment. free washing machiene, mostly well equipped kitchen, friendly stuff - remains cool and polite even if you get angry, showers are perfect, room service works perfect if you want it, very traditional neighbourhood friendly simple people, shop and pharmacy close, central heating good, water pressure good

*fridge too full * buy a bottle opener for every room thats not that expensive for you *take more care about privacy and information security. there are guests who have sensitive buisness data with them. patents, inventioms, source code. if someone says he does not.want room service please respect it or offer to male the room service at a time where he is present. *take more care about security: install surveillance cameras of course only outside of the rooms!! to show the passport is not that important, cameras do the better job. *price can be theoretically lowered but its relatively good price.
