The property was super nice. Very clean - a well stocked kitchen. We cooked every night and had everything we needed. The only thing we would possibly add would be a place to put food and stuff we brought for cooking. There was a pantry but it was locked. And that could be just us since we ate in every night. All in all a great time.

We have rented several properties from Ocean Lakes and not only was this home one of the cleanest and up to date homes the process by this owner Adam was the easiest we have ever experienced! No long lists of things to-do, everything was included for the home which made our vacation really feel like a vacation! If you are looking for a home for the week you need to pick this one!

We stayed here as an extended family for spring break and it was excellent. The house was able to accommodate 6 adults and 7 kids age 6 and under no problem! It was clean, close to the beach, and the on site laundry was awesome for our week stay. Adam did a great job communicating and was very responsive to any messages or questions I had. The only bummer was there was not a golf cart provided with the property, which other rentals in Ocean Lakes did include. But there is rental carts you can get from ocean lakes. Still a great experience and look forward to staying here again!

Adam was quick to answer or return my phone calls/texts with questions that i had. The description of the house stated was true to the pictures. We fit 2 large suv's and 1 small car under the house with 3 golf carts parked alongside the garage. The road was a little narrow but that is expected in Ocean Lakes. Needless to say our family had a great Halloween weekend!

The house is very spacious and very nice. We enjoyed the week there. Adam is always available and willing to help you with anything you may need. Another great family vacation memories.

Great property & location. Our family of all ages enjoyed staying here. Close walk to the beach, nice breeze on the deck, kitchen had everything we needed. As mentioned in the ad the streets are narrow but it was easy enough to figure out how to get our large vehicles parked.

Property was very nice inside. Plenty of room for our whole family of 7 adults and 7 kids. Would definitely stay again. Short walk to the beach and nice comfy mattresses. Propane was empty on the grill, other than that was a perfect stay. Highly recommend.

This was our first time renting this property. Our family has grown in number and we needed the 5 bedrooms. The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equiped. The only downside was the narrow alleyway leading into the property. But, that would not keep me from renting the house again. We had a great vacation.

I first want to start with praise for the owner/manager of the property Adam. Adam was amazing and easy to work with, constantly attentive and available. The property was immaculate and the set up of the rooms/lodging itself was exactly what was needed. My only issue would be the parking scenario and width of the streets along with inability to navigate with ease. It was impossible to pull out of the "garage" area onto the street from the back of the house (not Neptune street) due to the narrowness of the street and elevation/dropoff of the carport area. I tried once and my car scraped twice. Hopefully there can be an easy remedy for this for future visitors. My other gripe would be with Ocean Lakes itself and the process of renting golf carts for the vacation. Due to the size of the "resort/campground", and the narrow streets preventing car driving, it is 100% essential to have a golf cart to get around. Along with that there are some patrons that are up in age and unable to walk to the locations of the amenities offered ie pool, beach etc. My mother is 72 and was pretty much homebound due to us being unable to rent a golf cart till Wednesday (halfway thru the trip). Legally I would think it elder and disabled persons abuse to force folks to ONLY rent from Ocean Lakes, but then not have carts available for rent. In other words there have to be accommodations made for outside rentals in such circumstances. IF and when my family ever decides to come to Ocean Lakes again that will be our recourse. My mother lost half of her vacation and ability to see her grandbabies play and enjoy themselves due to this. Lastly I want to say that none of these issues were caused nor due to the home itself nor owner/manager Adam. Every issue that we had was taken care of immediately to the best of his ability... Thank you again Adam for a wonderful property!

We enjoyed the house, but not the neighborhood. Too many people/houses in a small area. Golf carts rule and are not courteous to cars. The house was clean with up to date decor. Kitchen was stocked well for cooking.

We stayed here with extended family for a wedding vacation and had a great stay. Adam was very responsive and helpful with making sure we had everything we needed. The campground was very busy and the main way of getting around was by golf cart or walking. The alley ways are very narrow. The beach was a short walk away which was great! The waterpark was a big hit with the kids and we spent most our time here. Overall it was a great and memorable vacation. I would stay here again!

Our stay was really great. Great home for large groups, great location as well! Easily walkable to beach. Check in and check was easy and communication with owner was great as well. No issues at all.

Our host was very easy to contact. The home was spacious and clean. Our fans had a blast and we look forward to come back again in the future.

We enjoyed the area and the amenities. The house looked like it did in the pictures and was very roomy! We had thanksgiving dinner there and it hosted all of us. The owner was easy to get in touch with and helped us on two occasions. I will say there were only two negatives. The parking situation under the house is not good. My dad and I are leaving with damaged cars because the houses are very close together making it difficult to get in and out from under the house. This was being very cautious. And the paint on the railings to the upstairs needs to be replaced. It’s incredibly sticky no matter how clean.

This house was large, comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, the beach was not crowded and the water was warm. The neighborhood waterpark, mini golf, arcade and basketball courts were all enjoyed frequently by the kids. It was a great vacation all around!

This was our first time in Myrtle Beach and first stay in Ocean Lakes and we will definitely be back. The house was a great size and close to the beach. Parking is tight but that's no reason to leave a bad review. We will definitely be returning!

Adam was fantastic and a pleasure to rent from. The details of the house were accurate and the property was very clean. The closets, rooms and bathrooms were very roomy. The kitchen was well stocked and having the linens provided was a +. We will definitely be back.

We arrived early to Ocean Lakes to avoid traffic and had our express check in tags so we got through easily. Adam was aware we were there early and as soon as this house was cleaned gave us the code to the house to enter. Upon entering, the house was very clean and cool. We enjoyed being close enough to walk to the beach from the unit instead of having to pack up a golf cart. It was also convenient when we needed to come back to the house to use the bathroom, get lunch or restock our cooler. The kids loved their own rooms/spaces and it gave the adults time to relax and listen to music in the living area while the kids were entertained in their rooms. We used the small wooden area underneath the house for playing cornhole. The space underneath the house was big enough for our 3 vehicles and 2 golf carts. The alley was tight and the close proximity to the other houses is the only thing we didn't like, but understand it is typical in this area of Ocean Lakes. There were 2 sets of neighbors that had foul language and played vulgar music which was not good for us with kids, but we talked to them and reminded them we had children and they corrected the issue. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would return for sure! Adam was very responsive and great to work with!

The location was perfect. We walked to the ocean several times even though we rented a golf cart. House was clean, updated, and the neighbors were so nice. Property owners were great to work with as well.

The house was perfect for our large group. The house was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with more than everything we needed to prepare meals. Easy walk to the beach when golf cart parking spots were full. Owner was very good to work with. Will definitely consider staying at this property again.

The property was very clean and had every amenity we needed for our stay. Bed linens, towels, good size kitchen with an abundance of pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. The water park was awesome. The walk to the beach is approx 1/2 block away. Golf cart rental was available. Overall my family and I were more than pleased with our stay.
