We spent six weeks at Villa Coluna Arenosa and enjoyed it immensely. The property is beautiful with well maintained gardens full of blooming plants. The villa is spacious and very comfortable. With lots of windows, the interior feels very connected with the outdoor space. The kitchen is well equipped, very spacious, and has a view of beautiful flowering plants. The extensive patio and pool deck have a southern exposure and are bathed in delightful sunlight all day. There are lots of tables, chairs and loungers making it easy to enjoy. The property has a secluded countryside feel but is a very walkable distance to the Meia Praia (beach) and Lagos. The property manager is very responsive and professional. Their local support people are very helpful and friendly. Lagos is an enjoyable blend of old world and modern cosmopolitan. The surrounding Algarve region has magnificent scenery to explore and many outdoor activities to enjoy.

This villa is amazing! Perfect location, beautiful outside living area and loved the pool. The only negative was the villa was listed as having air conditioning but this wasn’t working when we arrived however when it was raised with the manager within a few hours we had fans etc. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

The villa is extremely spacious both inside and outside. The grounds are extensive; there is plenty of room around the beautiful pool to enjoy the sun. We enjoyed relaxing in the Jacuzzi as well as playing with the inflatables in the pool. The outside seating area is a great place to sit and while away the hours in the shade enjoying the views down to the sea. Sitting on the side patio in the early morning listening to and watching the many birds was another delight. The villa is well appointed with a new kitchen and revamped en-suite bedrooms . The villa is surrounded by open fields - walking through the fields and down to the beach was very easy. It is a 15 minute walk to the marina along the roads and then the same distance again into the centre of Lagos and its many restaurants. It is also possible to walk along the beach and then take the small foot ferry across to Lagos. There is a well stocked supermarket 5 minutes by car. All in all, a great location for a holiday with the extended family, but it would equally suit two families on holiday together.

We stayed at the villa with two families with children and we all enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The comfortable and nicely decorated villa has all amenities you could wish for and winding down is easy in such a peaceful environment. Highlights are the superb, enormous garden (such a joy for the eye and for playing), the view from the terrace and pool area, the swimming pool and jacuzzi, the layout of the villa and the privacy and secludedness of the property, while still being only a stone´s throw from the beach, shops and town. We loved the ping pong table and the wide selection of beaches to choose from. The rugged west coast is also definitely worth to be visited! Communication with owners was easy and smooth, before and during our stay. The photos are accurate, although the garden in real is huge and even nicer than the pictures show.

La villa est spacieuse et offre de nombreux équipements (piscine sécurisée par un portail, spa, table de ping pong, cuisine aménagée, etc). Aucun vis-à-vis et très grand jardin. Elle est idéalement située (proche de la marina, de la plage et des commerces). Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui est très sympathique et prévenant. Séjour très agréable dans cette magnifique villa! Je recommande vivement !!!
