The rooms were neat and clean. YMCA is very close to Colaba Market, just half a Kilometer from Gateway of India and Taj Hotel. Best Location, staff were very cordial and sweet.

There is no lift in the property and I was on 3rd Floor, had challenge while carrying my Shopping Bags. Hee Hee. Breakfast is very limited, which was shocking. Daily Nonveg breakfast is only Bread Omlet, that too one plate only and Veg is only one item daily like Alu paratha or Methi Paratha or Poha and you can order either a Veg or Nonveg and ask for more, they will charge you.

Best is the location of the Hotel at South Mumbai Zone- Colaba. Located at the main spot of the region. Easy to connect to GatewayOfIndia, Wankhade stadium, Churchgate station, Profit Market. Safety like it is linked to YMCA church. Best for family, Women travellers. Response is immediate. Receptionist helped in guidance through city. Moderate facilities.

Breakfast can be better option of food items. Got only bread jam and omelet

The dining facilities are very poor. There was supposed to be a choice of b'fast buffet. It was not provided. Basic crockery and cutlery was not available. There should be proper dining room facilities for guests.

Its excellent location ; polite , well behaved and pleasant staff especially at Reception counter and room services personnel.

Morning tea should be given before 7.00 a.m.

after the confirmation with price during booking, they charged extra with YMCA membership , why do we need membership for one night stay & breakfast included has only 2 choice bread omelet or paratha

Calm and well maintained and very well located with adequate greenery around. Seems like you are staying at a home even though it is so close to famous commercial joints. Pretty decent bath/toilet. I could even wash my clothes are dry them out in the sun inside the compound 🙂

The chair provided could have been better.

Centrally located. Close to public transport. Close to eateries.

* No drinking water in the room at all, it would have been better not to provide an empty jug. * Window latch inoperable, constant mosquitoes, no coil or electrical repellent provided. * Flush didn't work properly, in fact it leaked every time the flush was used. * No coffee with breakfast, just Tea - alternatively, you could have water but would be charges for it.
