room was quite clean but basic. relatively good value for the price. location ok depending what’s your preference.

The whole floor with rooms is nicely isolated . Thank for that cause on the floor down I always met quite friendly animal which didn’t belong to the laboratory;)

Central location. Close to th Radio Club and see. Walking distance from the main attractions in Colaba.

The staircase to the hotel was stinking and there were rats roaming around on the stairs. Nightmsrish!

2nd floor without lift approach to second floor was horrible, even big rats can be seen with stinky smell. rooms too small, bath room like Dharam shala. No tea table available. view outside the window is most stinky and shabby

The location!

This hotel should not be available at booking.com. I tried to pay online before arrival, but credit cards were rejected. Payed with PayPal. This was not registered by hotel and I received several mails each day before arrival telling me that my booking might get cancelled. This happened even aftet arrival. Upon arrival the reception did not accept my payment, and acted rather cruel. It took half of the day for the manager to accept my prepayment! The room had no windows and had a distinct smell of fungi…. The breakfast was nothing to recomend. First days order was eggs and an omelett. We got two omeletts with really untasteful toast. All served in the room. No knives and forkes of course. You enter the building through a dark and littery staircase to get to the hotel.

I was charged extra, even after multiple emails i have not been refunded. I paid in advance using the link sent by Fa hotels but i was asked to pay the entire amount at the hotel

the hotel is in poor condition, especially the bathroom and bedding, much needs to be renovated, dirty

There was a night staff, who was very rude and does not even know to communicate politely.

As per my instructions hotel had arranged in order. Everything was good and properly managed. Room and bathroom were clean. Food was good. View was awesome.

Size of room was too small. Property charged 550 Rs. extra for room key.
