Villa is huge with big swimming pool. Living Room and kitchen are spacious and comfortable. There are multiple outside sitting areas as well. Mater bedroom & bathroom are amazing. Villa is even better than the pictures.

Location is bit far , appox 30 min drive from main Areas There were many maintenance issue, like water pressure, AC not working, hot water not coming in one bathroom. These were corrected by the host when pointed out by us.

The property is incredible: it was perfectly suited to our needs as a large friend group of 9-10. The layout, space, furniture, pool, garden areas, bedrooms - everything was perfect! We were thrilled with our choice. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful, and immediately available and responsive via What's App, meaning any issue we had was quickly resolved. They also helped us with hiring cars etc.

The only very minor complaint I have is that is that noise carries a lot throughout the house and from outside to inside etc.

One of the best villa I stayed in Thailand. Thi villa is not big, it is imense. Very good rooms, en-suite baths and one extra bath in livingroom. Swimming pool big enough for 8 people, livingroom fantastic, kitchen fully equipped. 5 bedrooms (4 with double beds and one with 2 single beds). No issues with water or hot water. Close to 7/11 and other shops (300m). Not very close to beach but you can rent car or call for a taxi/tuk tuk (100thb if you are good negotiator). Staff very friendly and useful. Clean every 2 days. Enough towels for shower and swimming pool. Vilka management provided moskitos spray free. Villa has a beautiful garden, private parking lot inside, barbeque area and super beautiful terraces. Definetely I will book it again if come back. Highly recommanded for couples and families.
