Pristinely clean and well equipped. Efficient use of space. And a very short walk to the beach access of 5th ave.

Have stayed in other units in the same building on previous trips. Fantastic location with close proximity to beach and 5th Ave shops and restaurants.

I've stayed in about 5 different units in this building over the years and I'll never stay anywhere else. The location and property are perfect if you want to walk to the beach or to the shopping district, both only steps away. The owner was more than gracious and always in communication if we needed anything. One of the 4 beach chairs broke, and the owner was there within hours with a brand new set of beach chairs. Anything you could possibly need you will find in this unit, it is stocked better than any other unit I've seen. I will definitely coming back to this unit next Spring!!

My husband, son, and I stayed here in June 2022. Ana is such a responsive, kind host! The condo was lovely, but a bit dated with much too many decorations. Some of the neighbors were too loud late at night (swimming in the pool at 2:00am). This is not something that the host can control. The location, however, is PERFECT! A 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops on 5th Avenue. We had a great week!

This condo was conveniently located close to the beach and 5th Ave. It had absolutely everything you might need. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Overall experience was good! Condo’s location is a FIVE… One block from BEACH! The condo is very well equipped, has a little bit of everything which is great when you first arrive. Everything is nearby, also gets a FIVE for that. I believe, based on my traveling experiences, that the condo needs a little TLC… better overall cleaning, sheets & bathroom rugs and curtains… and pool needs a little upkeep too! Other than that, it was a good week’s vacay.

At the beach end of 5th Avenue, the location is easy to get to the beach and to the shopping and restaurants on 5th. Easily accessible by car - just a great place to be

Naples is a very nice place to vacation … Our stay was very short but sweet … 2 blocks one way was the beach and 2 blocks the other way was shops and restaurants … Wonderful communication with the owners … Everything was clean and spot on .. would highly recommend …

This condo was perfect! Walking distance from the beach, all the beach gear you’ll ever need, and a nice pool! The only thing to be aware of is the parking situation. If the private lot is full, you have to park on the street and it’s a short walk back to the condominium. Other than that, perfect place for a vacation in Naples!! Thanks for the memories!

The Blue Cabana was very comfortable and clean. It is nicely decorated and stocked with a lot of the essentials. We loved the short block and a half walk to the beach and great shopping. We would definitely return.

This condo is located perfectly……just two blocks from the beach one way, and two blocks from shops, restaurants and sidewalk cafes the other way. The condo is well kept and had everything we needed for our stay!

Great location! Close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Quiet condo included everything we needed for our weeks stay. We had 4 adults in our party and the condo was comfortable and met our needs. Quick response from property owner. Ceiling fans in all of the rooms was a plus. There is a large comfy couch and pool right outside the door. Loved the keyless entry. We will be back soon!

The condo contains everything you need for your stay, spices, cooking utensils, coffee maker etc. The beds are comfortable. There are also beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella. Pleasant short walk to the beach or into town for coffee or a meal. We would definitely return :-)

Our family of four stayed in this beachside condo over Christmas 2021. It was a great fit for our family, we were very comfortable and the location is just amazing. Every day my kids spent a couple of hours in the small pool, or we strolled to the beach. Everything needed for the beach is there, chairs, umbrella, sand-toys, etc. In the evenings we went out on Fifth for dinner or ice cream, or relaxed at home. I had an issue with the space upon arrival, but the owner/manager was very responsive and helped deal with the problem right away. The only drawback for us is that the second bedroom doesn't have two beds - obviously your preference depends on who you are travelling with. Overall, we had a lovely trip and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place!

Simple , nicely kept, good location

We chose this location somewhat last minute since we weren't sure if we were going to travel. The location is very ideal. The walk to the beach takes less than four minutes. The beach equipment is good quality and exactly what we needed. We also walked to shops, ice cream and food. There were two breweries that were a little further but still just about a 30 minute walk. It was walkable to Pinchers restaurant also. The unit itself is well-equipped. We didn't lack any needed supplies. The beach towels were good quality. Ceiling fans in all the rooms were very nice to keep us cool along with the air conditioning. TVs, Cable, Internet, washer/dryer, everything worked well and we had no issues. The pool is located with all the units surrounding it so it doesn't get a lot of sun. However, we still used it every day. The front patio off the street has a lot of seating and was very nice to sit and relax also. Overall, everything was very comfortable and convenient and we would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at the 5th Avenue Beach Club. The property is well maintained. The beds at the Blue Cabana are very comfortable. We appreciated the Keurig so each of us could make our favorite morning beverage. Nicely furnished. The kitchen is stocked with all of the basic dishes, glassware, and utensils.

Check in was great- we were able to come earlier; everything was available for use: coffee, creamers, sugar, all kind of spices for cooking (including varieties glasses, cups, mugs, plates, pans, pats, etc), dish soup, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, kid toys, beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart, board games, books, etc. All you need to stay comfortable. Only the parking was a little problem- when coming late, all spots were taken , we had to park on the grass. Great location- great place- great memories:)

The apt was perfect, quiet, and located very close to the beach. Most everything you needed to go to the beach was provided and it was awesome that it was only 1 1/2 blocks away. The only problem we had was the air conditioning. It was fine in the apt majority of the time; however, not that great in the bathroom when trying to get dressed - i.e. putting on make-up, blow-drying/styling hair to go out in evenings. Would we stay there again though? YES

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy. The condo has great air flow and is well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. The pool was nice as well. You can't beat the location, so close to the beach and town. We will be back!

We had a great stay at the blue cabana! The property was clean and the pool was nice, but the location is definitely what makes it special. If you are a runner, you will love morning runs into Port Royal and down to Gordon Pass. Easy walk for our family with the provided beach equipment to the beach, even for little legs.

We loved our stay! Condo was clean and the perfect size for our family! Very short walk to the beach made it the perfect location, and they provided beach supplies in the unit which made it even more convenient!

Such a great location! Easy to get lots of places. Only complaints I’d have is higher quality of TP is needed & extra trash bags would’ve been nice. Maybe not having to park on the grass one night due to no parking places. But the added beach supplies & over all condo supplies were awesome. Loved our stay! Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful condo in a great location! Condo is on the 2nd floor which is a plus .Blue Cabana has everything you will need including beach chairs, umbrella, cart and beach towels. It is 1 1/2 blocks to beach, close to restaurants. Don't pass this one up!

We had a fabulous day in our cottage! We would highly recommend and look forward to potentially staying there again at some point!

We loved our stay at Blue Cabana. The location couldn't be any better; 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and walking to all that 5th avenue and 3rd street has to offer. The condo was very quiet and had everything we needed, everything. We loved getting take-out and eating in the nice shady patio area and then going back to the beach for sunset. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool is a nice bonus but we spent most of our time at the beach. We would love to go back for a month or more next winter but alas it is booked. I'm not surprised so we will return again in April. Don't question booking this unit, you won't be disappointed.
