We had a wedding in Leavenworth and just needed a place to sleep at, but we were so pleasantly surprised by this property! The host was very responsive and accommodating and the property was extremely clean and cozy.
We will definitely be staying here again!

The condo had everything we wanted, was quiet and walking distance to town, very clean, and nicely decorated. Many details were just right...plush towels, helpful nightlight, new kitchen items (mugs, silverware, etc.). Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Leavenworth and the condo was a perfect base for 2 couples on our trip. We were pleasantly surprised that the condo was more spacious than we expected from the photos.

Great place to stay! Nice, clean, and cozy place to stay right outside of town. I appreciated the fact this place had just about all the accommodations I needed to cook (many VRBOs don’t carry simple things like salt and sugar, which is annoying to have to bring or buy). The beds were comfy and the layout works really well for a family of 4. The location is a bit of a walk to town for my 5 and 7 year old (especially in the heat) and parking can be tricky in town but being so close to icicle village where there is a park and pool made up for that. Parking is tight for a F150 but we made it work. Would recommend this place!

This is my third time staying here while visiting Leavenworth. The condo is cozy and has a great deck to just hang out on andenjoy the birds and hillside views. Also fun to hear the people enjoying the new alpine coaster. It's just a quick walk from the condo and something fun to try. Steve and Tammy are great hosts!

Everything I needed, walking distance to activities/stores, quiet (we were mid-week), and very comfortable.
Owers were super-responsive to questions. Check in and out was good and clear. Will return if schedule allows.

The location is situated about 1.5 miles out of downtown, making for a great walk into town with incredible views of the surrounding mountains, especially on the return walk. The apartment has all the commodities to make an extended stay (3-4+ days) very doable. Cozy vibe, plenty of space, with glimpses of the high mountains off the balcony.
Minor downside is that the alpine sled park is directly viewable from the balcony, but not a big issue. When we stayed, the couch had a pullout bed, but there was no way to plow up the air mattress, but we still had plenty of space. Bedrooms had plenty of space, and the kitchen had everything necessary to do a lot of cooking and meals indoors.

We had a fantastic stay at the Aventyr Hus. Perfect location, just a very short drive, but still walking distance to the downtown Leavenworth area. Everything we needed for our week-long stay. I'm gonna miss that shower water pressure, it was the best.

Enjoyed our stay at Aventyr Hus. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals, bedrooms were spacious and comfy. Living areas were nicely kept and seated 4 comfortably. Great alternative to the more expensive hotels in town.

Condo is situated at the end of town, tucked in the woods, with a view of the mountains. Comfortable, well equipped, clean. Enjoyed coffee on the deck.

This is a perfect condo for a small group looking for a convenient spot within walking distance of downtown Leavenworth. It is incredibly clean and well cared for by the owners. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were comfortable, and the living room area is a nice place to relax (also the deck on a sunny day).

First I must say my wife loved all the many amenities and the immense choice of teas. Easy walk to downtown on the Riverfront Park Path day or night, quiet location and a private deck for morning coffee. We stayed 11 days, it felt like being in a home. Would recommend to my family.

Very nice property, had a small issue on the first day but owners took care of it and were extremely communicative in getting back to me and checking with us during our stay to make sure everything was good.

Easy to find, close in parking, great layout, very private. Well stocked kitchen. Space for different activities in the kitchen / dining / living room. Very nice condo.

We’ve been to Leavenworth many times and stayed lots of different places. We had a great stay this time. The unit was comfortable and clean. The owner provided everything needed for a great winter stay.
Only two minor things I’d highlight. The beds were a bit soft for our tastes.
Walking back to the unit at night from town on icy sidewalks was a little sketchy. We were forced to walk in the street in a few spots because the snow was piled so high. Nothing the owner could do about it but something to be aware.
We’d definitely stay here again.

Don’t hesitate to stay here, It was the best! We are very thankful that the owners shared their beautiful place with us. We walked downtown which for some may be a little far but we walked it in about 15 min or so. The walk was great to see all the lights and fun to explore in this cute little town.

We don't get to travel much, so booking a condo for a weekend is a bit nerve-wracking for me. I'm always afraid of booking the wrong place and that we won't enjoy it! We lucked out, here :) This property feels safe, SO clean, homey, and welcoming. We loved sitting around the kitchen table in the morning with our friends and sharing our homecooked breakfast. The coffee provided was LOVELY! and the blankets provided for cuddles on the couch were so darn soft and warm that it was tough to tear ourselves away at the end of our movie night. Great location, we walk a lot so it was nothing to spend 20 minutes getting to town for a beer in the evenings and walking back. Thank you so much for a great stay, we'll be back!
