We absolutely loved this home - the layout, the location, the heated pool, the management. The house was clean and inviting - great kitchen and family area. We had 13 people and it never felt crowded. Loved that we could all fit at the table! It's in a quiet neighborhood with easy walk to the beach and at the same time SO close to everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again

The location and the house was perfect.

The property was nice and I would stay here again. Rent the golf cart to carry all the beach stuff. You have to pay to park but someone can drop off everyone and the beach stuff bring the golf cart back to the house and walk to the beach. The walk to the beach is short. Beach and Ocean are beautiful. It was a great time!

Luana Life was exactly as it looks in the VRBO pictures. It was so clean and there was plenty of room for all 16 people in our party. Renting the golf cart was such a great addition to getting our kids from place to place and transporting the beach equipment. Would recommend this property!

My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary here with our kids and grandchildren. The house was perfect inside and out. It is just the right distance to walk down to the beach and away from the noisy traffic. The pool is a perfect size for all of us. We were in it every day and night. Also the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom made it easier when we were getting ready to go out to dinner or to the boardwalk. Overall Luana Life is amazing and we will definitely keep it as a place to go back to in the future.

We loved our time at this property! We had a combination of 5 different families during this visit, and this house was a great spot for all of us. With each room having a king bed and its own bathroom, everyone benefited from this space! The house was wonderfully clean, and we felt like had even more common space (kitchen, dining, living) than we perceived in the posted pictures. We also loved, loved the heated pool and golf cart - both added so much fun to our time! The beach is accessible and beautiful--perhaps a bit crowded a few days, but there was a beach chair and umbrella service included that was also wonderful. Our communication with owners and property was also efficient and helpful! Highly recommend!

The property is super nice and was so clean. The home was plenty big for 11 of us. The heated pool was also great. 3 families stayed at luana and we had no complaints. The next door neighbor who is thr property manager was helpful as well. We will be back

The house was as advertised. The kitchen was very well equipped. The weather was cool and sometimes rainy, but it was our grandkids' spring break week, so it was our week to vacation. The owner gave us helpful recommendations for activities and restaurants. It was a good week.

This house is great! Exactly as it is pictured online. We stayed for a week with up to 14 family members and had a fantastic stay. The pool (so necessary) was just the right size for us to enjoy but also so big that we had to worry too much about our young swimmers. The beach (gorgeous soft sand! Beautiful blue water!) was close enough to walk. The thing I didn’t realize I would love was the HUGE dining table. Due to Covid we chose to eat all of our meals at home. We were able to seat 14! It was lovely to all eat together every night. Finally, I think having all the bedrooms with their own bathrooms gave us all a place to escape when we needed a bit of quiet time. We had a fantastic family reunion and would go back in a heartbeat!! Note: rent the golf cart! It was worth it.

The house was just as described, lots of room for the kids to play and room for adults when the kids went to sleep. The pool was one of the bigger ones we saw abs very clean. Lots of toys to play with and everything you need in the kitchen. The location was great, about a 5 minute walk, and the golf cart was a big help. We really enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood and area is quiet but super convenient to local shopping and the private beach. The communication from Natalia was amazing and she was so helpful with all of our questions.

The house was beautiful and spacious. Everything was close by and the pool was a bonus. Quiet neighborhood. Natalia and Lindsey was very helpful. I would recommend booking this house for a large family vacation. Not recommended if you are looking for a party house. This is a more family oriented neighborhood.

The property was great. Plenty of room and the outdoor pool space was wonderful. The only thing I would do back there is kill all the weeds around the fence perimeter. Our only complaint was there were not enough bath linens and we had to go buy washcloths and kitchen towels and rags. There were only 7 washcloths for 19 people. You don’t expect to have to bring those things when traveling and renting a home. I would definitely rent this house again though!! Great property and location. Thank you to Natalia who was always available when we had questions.

Not only was this house impeccable, the amount of space for the family was perfect. Close to all the shopping you need, and very close to beach , but not in the main road which perfect to avoid the traffic noise . Paying for the extras - the warmed pool and golf cart is the way to go. We had some chilly days and the beach was windy, so to have the kids spend the day in a warm pool was perfect .

The house is very clean, spacious and only a short walk to the beach. Natalia is very responsive. We had a great time.

We loved this house in Destin for a bachelorette party. The pool was so big and nice. The golf cart is a must to rent! So fun! The beach is only a couple of blocks. The house is very nice and we throughly enjoyed our time!

Our stay was amazing!!! Location, size, pool, perfect. Looking forward to staying here again. Awesome for large families.

My husband and our 5 children between 9 and 13 spent a week in this house and had a wonderful time. Natalia was very communicative from the time of booking until we left the property and had great materials for recommendations of activities, restaurants, etc. We had plenty of space to spread out and the pool was perfect for swimming in between trips to the beach. We rented the golf cart which was nice to shuttle people and gear back and forth from the beach and fun - highly recommend it! The kitchen had lots of room and was well equipped. Lots of seating at the kitchen counter and the dining room table. It is in a great location - close to the beach and also convenient for shopping and restaurants. We used the beach umbrella and chairs almost every day. It would get crowded so we learned that we could go down early in the morning and put towels out to ensure we had a spot. Overall, it was a great stay!

One problem with the property was the lack of a handrail in the pool. We had older people that had problems getting in and out of the pool.

The house was exactly what it was said to be and more. So many great amenities from the bikes, to the pre-arranged beach chairs and umbrella to the pool toys and paddle boards. Just an amazing stay. Rooms were clean and the furniture spotless and super comfortable. We are already planning our next visit. Thank you.

The house was very clean and a short walk to the beach. The golf cart we rented was used all the time, and would suggest future renters to consider renting it as well.

We loved our stay at Luana Life. Natalia was wonderful to work with. We had several questions throughout our stay and she was easy to reach. Our party had 9 adults and 5 children. The layout of the home could not have been more accommodating for our large group. The home was well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. We were able to cook at home and eat together with ease. Renting the golf cart was worth every penny. We used it multiple times a day to shuttle our group back and forth from the beach. The pool was a perfect setting for lounging after dinner while the kids night swam (very cool pool lights came on in the evening). We loved that we all had our own private room and bathroom. And that the home was very sound proof. We had a little one in on side of the hall waking in the middle of the night that the guest on the other side of the hall never heard. The location was perfect. Close proximity to shopping, grocery, and great restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Natalia was wonderful to work with. The house is extremely clean and has an open concept downstairs. We loved having family dinner at the beautiful dining table after grilling by the pool. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to large groups!

We really enjoyed our stay here and the house was great for our group of 6 adults and 4 children (all 3 and under). Each child had a room which was great, as did the couples. They have a clean highchair and pack n play on site which was helpful. All the TVs in the house are connected online and can stream which was great. The rooms are all a good size with nice furniture and decor. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which was also great. The kitchen mostly had everything we needed. They provide 2 rolls of TP per bathroom which ended up being justtttt enough for us. We did have to call and have someone come open up their supply closet and provide more beach towels as we were told there were 10 but there were only about 6. They're small and not exactly what I would consider a true beach towel either. We did have one minor issue when we first arrived with the floor being extremely dirty. It was turning all of our feet black it was so dirty. It was well swept but hadn't been properly mopped or steam cleaned. We would wipe up spilled water or drips and the paper towels would be BLACK. We let them know and they told us there was a mop/swiffer there we could use. We left it and just made sure to clean up before putting on nice shoes or getting in bed. We also wore shoes more in the house than we would have liked to because of this. We're all parents of small children and were on vacation so mopping the entire house was NOT in our vacay plans. The next door neighbor acts as a liaison for the owners and she was very nice and helpful. The pool outside was a great size and was so much fun. At night it's really beautiful lit up. The house itself is very modern and decorated well with comfortable seating, beds, etc. There are a lot of rafts, several chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, paddle boards and more there. We also left a few nice beach toys behind to bulk up the supply! Some of the rafts were broken or not blown up and were too big to blow up by mouth so it'd be nice to have a pump there or have that done when the house is turned over. We opted to get the golf cart and I'm so glad we did as the kids loved riding in it and it made everything a lot easier. Some of us would walk to the beach but we mostly just took two trips in the cart. The house is very close to Destin Commons which was also great. All in all we really loved our stay here and would definitely come back again.

This house was in pristine condition and perfect for our large family. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The large kitchen and living area were perfect for family time. The golf cart was a nice addition to help us get to the beach each day and we took advantage of the two beach chairs every day and the paddle boards. You will not be disappointed.

House is designed for a multi-family experience. We had a great time with our 6 families and 20 people. We were even able to get in much earlier than the 4:00 pm check-in time and that was a great help. Thanks Natalia!

We were four families with 6 teenage kids and 1 elementary kids, plus 7 adults. From the planning stages and communication with Natalia, our outstanding host, to the check out process, our entire stay in this wonderful home was handled with class. You would think that with 4 families, we would have found something negative to say about this house, and our stay, but there simply is nothing negative to say. Everything was simply outstanding. Beach: it was a 2 block walk through this quiet residential neighborhood to the public access beach. We were able to walk back and forth very easily, even carrying the (provided free of charge) 2 paddleboards. The beach that you walk out onto is private. There is also public areas on the beach (that are more crowded, but easily accessible) that are just a short walk further down (maybe 400 meters). There were a lot of toys/beach items that were provided like shovels, pails, a wagon to pull it down to the beach, bikes to use, boogie boards, coolers, etc. HOUSE: WOW. What a gorgeous house. Every bedroom has its own bathroom with plenty of room (both bedrooms and bathrooms had great space) !! This was SO nice for multiple families as we didn't have to be on top of each other. Everything was so CLEAN. There were towels and many toiletries provided. The balconies out of the 2nd floor rooms were beautiful. The KITCHEN was stocked with everything we needed. The eating spaces were wonderful too. We had 14 and could eat together, or in different areas. We never felt cramped at all. The TV and WIFI were super easy to use and nice to have. There was a very nice TV in every room. AREA: A quiet residential area, with retail and restaurant areas within walking (5 blocks ish). There is a WalMart within 10 minute drive. There are closer grocery stores if you wanted as well. It was a very easy access of the freeway/bridge into Destin. There is plenty of room for at least 4 vehicles (many houses did not have this nice of a driveway area. POOL: The kids, and the adults, all enjoyed having the private pool area with plenty of space and chairs. It was protected from the wind on a windy day that was cold at the beach, but beautiful at the pool. HOSTS: Our hosts were amazing from start to finish. They were very quick to respond to all of our questions! They were very available during our stay. The check in and check out process was extremely smooth and easy.

This place was fantastic for our large family beach vacation. The location was amazing; a short walk to the beach and close to great entertainment, shopping and dining. The house was perfect, from it’s accommodating size to its amazing private pool. The host, Natalia, was great and very easy to work with. Overall, I highly recommend and will be returning again!
