Our stay at the Beach House was perfect……from the location to all the little extras and finer details to make it feel like home from home. We were a party of 9 celebrating a friends 50th birthday, but the house felt spacious with plenty of outdoor space & furniture for us all to enjoy the fabulous weather we had. The hot tub was an added bonus as were the views from the master bedroom. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent property, with great access straight on to the beach. It suited all 3 generations of our family and for our dog too! Lots of quirky features, well equipped and comfortable beds. Great communication with the host and charming gentleman who discreetly serviced the hot tub during our stay. Also friendly neighbours. Felt like a real home from home. Thank you. We will rebook.

Stayed here for several years now, which says it all really.
It works wonderfully for the whole family - 18 months to 71 yrs. The hot tub is an asset for those old enough. The house is well equipped and flexible.Spotlessly clean
Being right on the beach is a huge asset with small children

Fabulous house - wonderful to step straight out onto the beach. Beautiful views. Lovely clean house. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.
One suggestion: it would be good to mention the number of steps to get into the house.

We loved everything about it! We particularly enjoyed the open plan downstairs space which was great for the whole family to hang out in. Everything has been thought through with everything you need and lots of lovely touches around the house to make it feel like a home from home. The views are just stunning. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Perfect! A great place to stay and relax. The house is fantastic, a lot of thoughts and high quality seems to be the thread through the whole house. Everyone slept really well in the comfy beds and the view of the sunrise in the morning is bliss! We spent a great long weekend lounging in the sofas, watching the sea, chatting whilst cooking in the well equipped kitchen and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub! Jane responded quickly to any questions we had on arrival and followed up to make sure we were well looked after. Can only highly recommend this lovely beach house.

We stayed in this fabulous beach house for 5 nights over the really cold weekend. The house was lovely and cozy and we even enjoyed the hot tub in the freezing weather. The steps to the house were treacherous in the ice buti am sure this is a very rare occupancy. We loved walking on the beach and visited the castle. We found the ocalpubsand community very friendly and will certainly come back

* Friends celebrate in style
8 friends, 4 couples - aged 55-65, 2 dogs - best weekend ever! Totally magical, even two of us sleeping in the bunks worked out fine. Lots more space if also had children with us!

Perfect spot for small children, with beach and plenty of other child friendly attractions. Great for adults too with well equipped kitchen, spacious living room and very comfortable beds. plus hot tub. Close to Pub, Takeouts, local stores and also supermarkets 10 minutes drive. Highly Recommended

Easter 2022
So after two years of postponing due to covid we eventually got to spend Easter at Pevensey Bay. a family group of seven adults and two children. We found the location right on the beach and a stones throw from Eastbourne to be a perfect location to explore the coast and surrounding areas. We found the house to be very accommodating. A couple of small points we would of liked a blind upstairs at the balcony doors in the master bedroom as the morning light did wake us up and as previous reviews have mentioned the TV was very complicated to work even with written instructions in the manual!. However all in all a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stylish property set right on the beach
This is our second visit to The Beach House and this time I brought friends along to enjoy it too. Amazing views from the house to the sea, which is so close. We had some bracing walks and we all particularly enjoyed coffee in the morning on the waters edge watching the waves. We had a mini storm which added to the drama and coziness of the house, but we also had autumn sun and beautiful sunsets. A very special place to relax and unwind.

Brilliant
fab few days away with four girlfriends. Most of the time spent in the beach house and on the beach listening to the waves.

We watch the sunrise on the beach, had a swim in the sea and then warmed up in the hot tub. We had lovely sunsets every evening and one night had a little fire on the beach and toasted marshmallows. We had a truly positive and memorable experience.
