This is our second time staying at this unit, and it is just a lovely home base. Roomy, clean, and comfortable. We particularly enjoy the amazing view and the amenities, like the very nearby pool, washer/dryer, A/C, and kitchen.

My family absolutely loved our stay at “The Ridge”
Beautiful Ocean view and sliding doors in every room! The condo was extremely clean and stocked to get us started on our vacation. There was an issue with a pipe in the small bathroom which made it unusable but the property manager called us before our trip to let us know the situation and did give us another option. She was so kind and apologetic but we still opted to stay at this property as there are 2 other big bathrooms and that’s all we needed! The pool is right across the street and the whole area is beautiful! Everyone in the area is so kind and welcoming! We would recommend this condo to everyone!

Quiet neighborhood with great views and quick and easy access to great beaches!

Check in process was easy and smooth. Felt like an incredibly safe place to stay. 5 minute walk to one beach, 25 minutes of on another. Cart and chairs were available. All appliances worked as described with no problems.
Very clean property with clean linens and surfaces. Beach towels were provided as well!
Private parking spot was nice. Pool was only 20 yards away. There were essentially no issues whatsoever from check in to check out!

We were extremely happy we chose this condo for our 6-day stay in March 2024.
Great location, fantastic view, beautiful grounds, spaceous unit with exvellent floor plan, renovated kitchen - these all score 10 out of 10.
The Ritz-Carlton and Montage properties as well as a convinience store are all within walking distance. Walk to a beach is 2min.
Some reviewers noted a dated bathrooms, but I think they are actually retro cool, except that vanities (and paint-peeling doors) need to be redone. Some of furnishings are dated/worn out but that did not bother us.
I want to point that this is a lower level condo and that someone lives above. One rainy day this part of the island was without electricity and the neighbor above started their generator which was very loud so we left for an impromptu day-trip.
Overall, great condo. Would definitely come again.

We booked this rental within a few weeks of our stay and everything went very smoothly! The condo was clean, convenient, spacious, stocked with everything you need in the kitchen as well as some basic amenities. The view was also beautiful! With two little ones (4 years old and 9 months), it was also very convenient to have the pool right across from us. My toddler kept saying how much she loved the condo. We also used the baby rental company, Maui on the Fly, who worked seamlessly with Sullivan Properties to have everything set up upon our arrival and picked up after our departure. All in all, a lovely stay and would stay again in a heartbeat.

We are a family of five, which made finding hotel space for all of us that didn’t break the bank difficult. The unit was huge and more than enough space for all of us. Quick walk to several beaches and store nearby for essentials. View of the ocean. Large patio space

Kapalua is a great neighborhood! The Condo is very nice from the outside although a little hard to find our unit because the numbering system is small on each condo. The kitchen is updated. Plenty of space. The bathrooms are dated , late 1990’s style.
Plenty of towels for bath and beach.
I didn’t expect our unit to be a ground level unit. We still could see the ocean but I’d rather stay in a higher unit. I’ll have to look at the listing and see if it states “ground level”.
We’d come back but only if the unit is on the 2nd level. You can hear people moving furniture above you.

Our 11th year spending the Christmas Holiday on Maui as a family. This property has been one of our favorites! Beautiful setting on the golf course, beautiful views from the lanai, you can hear the waves crashing at night. Our condo was clean, roomy, full kitchen, and had AC on the rare occasion you would need it. Would totally stay here again!

Property is well managed. Overall very clean and comfortable. Amazing view! There was a discrepancy in the size of the beds in the listing. The water pressure in the showers is a little weak, and the showers/tubs could use an upgrade. But otherwise, great location, very quiet neighborhood, amazing views, and well managed property. We really enjoyed our stay.

Kapalua is da kine! it's quiet and still close to our desired beaches. The kitchen and the kitchen cooking supplies could really use an upgrade, as could the sliding windows/screens. But it's nice place "fo sure." But it now has a cork screw!! :-)

And the view is stunning. The pool and bbq area was just across the way, making it SO easy for us to walk three kiddos over there. The place was stocked with all the necessities, and we never had to go out and buy anything like garbage bags, toilet paper or laundry detergent. The bedrooms and bathrooms are extremely spacious- we had no issues at all getting a full size crib in the bedroom. Ironwood beach (GORGEOUS) is within walking distance - we tried to make it there for the sunset each night. And thank you, Sullivan Properties, for the portable cooler! We used it EVERY DAY. It’s the little things like this that make your stay so much better. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

Great location!
The location is fabulous! A very quiet and safe community. This condo in particular has a great view! We loved the distance to Kapalua Bay and Napili Bay and even loved the beach right down the hill (Ironwood?). The condo was clean and huge, plenty of towels and amenities!
Minor cons - seemed to lack casual dining options in Kapalua within walking distance. We have small kids (age 3 and 1) so the fancy restaurants weren’t an option for us. Would not be a con for older kids or couples! The condo itself: You can tell it has been updated in ways (floors/kitchen counter), but that’s about it. This did not bother us though! We are too busy enjoying the sunshine and beach! Also very much a condo that you cannot leave any type of food or crumbs - the ants will come!
Lastly, the lanai is shaded so if you want to sunbathe you have to go to the pool - the good news ... it’s right across from this condo!

Great Location, Friendly & Helpful Staff
We had a great time staying here! The staff was helpful and quick to answer any questions. The view was amazing and great location for anywhere we needed to go! Sansei and DT Fleming beach were some of our favorites within walking distance.
