Location with parking was excellent. The house was spacious and well equipped. Felt homely rather than a show home. The guy who owned it was super helpful and friendly.

Great location, 5 min to the lake and 5 min walk to the town centre and supermarkets.

Location was perfect, between lake and town. Comfortable beds, lots of space for 7 adults. Parking was also available.

Living room furniture and carpets could use a bit of updating.

Would’ve been great to have basic necessities, hand soap in all bathrooms, body wash in the showers and basic kitchen necessities such as salt/pepper/oil/tea/coffee

Location between the lake and village was amazing.

House while beautiful was musty and damp, two asthma sufferers in our group were affected within a day. Linens need updating, the washing machine had mould which we tried to clean off and not all bedrooms upstairs were opened up so one party in our group had to sleep in the outhouse at the back which did not smell good at all. We also found mould under our window sill. This house is beautiful, an update internally would do wonders.

Great house with everything we needed,, location was great and off road parking available.

This is a great option for a large party. The house has five bedrooms on four floors. There was lots of space in the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. There is a nice patio out front with a view of the park and surrounding hills. Good parking behind the house. The location is an easy walk to central Keswick where there are lots of dining and shopping options. There is a large supermarket a short walk away. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable and well appointed.

It was not clear that the bedrooms are spread over four floors with a rather steep, narrow staircase. The attic bedroom has a sink but the toilet is down one flight of stairs. We were a party of older hikers and the stairs were a bit more than we bargained for. The kitchen could also use several new saute pans. Other than that, the place is superb!
