Good choice of breakfast, served promptly. Owners friendly but not pushy. Room had everything I needed. Good location.

Comfortable bed and good shower

We would have preferred to have an in person welcome on arrival. We arrived at the appointed time to check in to find no one in the property. We phoned the landline and mobile phone numbers for the property a number of times and left messages on both which were unanswered. Eventually the hosts answered the "ring "- camera doorbell and passed us the code for the keypad entry. We gained entry 20 minutes after first arrival at the property. We were surprised to find that our breakfast times were allocated and we were not asked for our preference. We only learned afterwards that this could have been negotiated in advance (not sure how we could have done this since both phone lines were not answered). We would have preferred to choose our breakfast time.

Weak shower

Very friendly owners, full of knowledge of the local area. The full English breakfast was very well cooked and lasted us all day. Comfy bed.
