The location was unbeatable. Central, but not touristy and hence quiet. You can easily walk to Sol and Plaza Mayor and take the metro to other parts of Madrid. Even though, on the face of it, the loft style might look tricky, even someone 6ft. can stand tall and hence no issues at all. Separate kitchen and dining space, TV with streaming services, Nespresso machine with capsules, tea and the necessary utensils and cutlery make this place an ideal one for a short stay, even for a family of 4.

The loft can become quite warm even in winter if the room heating is on, while those sleeping on the sofa bed might feel cold if the AC is switched on. It would have been nice to have some cooking oil, salt, etc. Also, the toilet drainage is a bit slow, while the stove top heats up quickly and hence shuts down. It would have been nice to have the TV on the wall so that those on the loft can also see it. A clothes wardrobe would have also been nice. The time for doing the laundry is limited since the washing machine is in the common space (shared by 4 apartments). And be prepared to check put on time since there is no place to store luggage.

The place was very central yet quiet . I loved the interior , very beautifully designed and was very spacious with great sunlight . Very clean place overall , would definitely love to return there again
