Excellent location

Could not open or close bedroom blinds therefore sleeping with too much light. Toilet ran exceptionally long and extremely noisy after flushing. Staff never replaced all the bathroom linen.

Loved the natural exposed brickwork throughout, a very tasteful building conversion, and the small but beautiful swimming pool. Location good on Plaza Mayor, though rooms overlooking plaza like gold dust. Lovely restaurant with excellent tasty tapas.

Tiny rooms looking out to inner courtyard. Large sink in the room next to the bed! Glass door to toilet and shower alongside, so it felt like we were sleeping in a bathroom! Far too small for a couple. Apparently this is a modern boutique design! Shower leaked and hot water out of both taps so plumber had to be called. Mediocre welcome, no advice at check-in about the area, no map, no recommendations. Overpriced for quality of rooms. Dry sauna only, not very warm. Overall, a bit pretentious.

Great location. Very near to shops, bars and restaurants. Beautiful decor inside, with a very pretty atrium where the restaurant is located. Warm, cosy, and friendly atmosphere. Rooms were well equipped, with a very comfortable bed.

Chambre supérieure petite Chambre sans cloison sdb , entrée = bruit de couloir, bruit de la Clim/chauffage, pas d’intimité salle de bain. Que l’on soit perturbé la nuit par les bruits de couloir et Clim de la chambre est inacceptable pour un tel superbe établissement.

Central location, perfect for sightseeing. Nice rooftop bar/pool. Great staff, quick to change my room as I had an issue in the first one. Nice SPA (sauna/indoor pool/massage).

Il prezzo esagerato per una colazione davvero scarsa con prodotti senza sapore . La SPA è molto bella da vedere ma praticamente non funziona nulla : la sauna a malapena 40 gradi la mini piscina molto bassa e getti d’acqua ridicoli ..😂😂😂 . Non so come facciano a avere una cosa del genere . Inoltre la piscina sull ultimo piano piccolissima è gelida .. potevano almeno riscaldarla viste le dimensioni. Insomma una esperienza pessima .

The included breakfast was delicious and great way to start the day. The indoor pool and facilities were amazing to relax in. The view of the plaza was fantastic - fun watching the activities change over the course of 24 hours but always busy. Disappointed the roof top pool was closed - but understandably based on the poor weather conditions during my stay. Its very comfortable hotel in an amazing, convenient location in central Madrid, I highly recommend!

Great location, comfortable room/bed. Great stuff. Amazing facilities especially the spa and sauna very relaxing. Overall fantastic experience highly recommend !!!

We forgot to add breakfast included in our booking. Definitely pay the extra for breakfast included as it’s 24 euro per person if not.

Great location right in the middle of Plaza Mayor, air conditioning working well - really appreciated in the middle of hot Madrid summer, quiet room even if looking directly to Plaza Mayor. Really nice restaurant placed in atrium with live trees. Very friendly and helpful staff, thank you team! Swimming pool on the roof top is not super large but there are not many guests using it and it is for sure good enough to chill out during hot Madrid days. I have already seen some comments suggesting to spend a bit of extra money and get the room looking to the main square, I agree - it is really worth!
