We had an amazing vacation in southern Utah. It started when we hit the door of this beautiful town home. We have rented many homes/condos in many places and this was by far one of the nicest. Very clean and spacious, we felt right at home. This is a perfect location to have as your home base if you want to see Grand Canyon North Rim, Zion, Kolob Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and other state parks and recreation areas all in one week. We used the pool some and it was nice as well. we really appreciated all of the generous amenities that this place has to offer.

Perfect VRBO! Kid friendly with all the amenities we could possibly need. We flew in from MN, so it was awesome to pack a little lighter. It was conveniently located near a lot of local site seeing places like snow canyon and Toquerville falls. The furthest we drove was 52 minutes to Zion. Everything else was under 30 minutes. It was extremely clean and absolutely adorable! We will absolutely stay here again on our next Utah trip.

We loved staying at Chiloes Casita. The hosts thought of everything! We loved all the extras: park passes, treats upon arrival items in garage (cooler chest, stroller etc). The house was super clean and felt like we were the first guests to ever get to use it. The hosts were easy to communicate with. Love this house!!We plan on returning.

This unit was wonderful. Very clean, modern unit complete with everything you need. We would upgrade our review to 5 stars and change the title to Heaven, except the king bed felt like it was at end of life and so we used the queen. Everything else was excellent.

My family of 8 really enjoyed the home (4 children, my wife, my in-laws and myself). The pool was great and the home immaculate. The only negative thing I could say is the internet router did not work in the bunkbed room due to a weak signal (that's OK as that was where the kids were). There is a Utah state park pass and a Zion Annual pass. Being this close to Snow Canyon is nice as I prefer it over Zion whenever I come to this area. There is a great park for children called Thunder Junction that my kids could not get enough of. It's even better than Dennis the Menace Park in Monterrey California. I regret that I do not have more time or patience to keep typing as I would say much more about this wonderful home and this area.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The owners were friendly and quick to help. Chloe’s casita is filled with thoughtful extras for guests such as towels for the pool, coolers, games, soaps, and a ping pong table in the garage.

Perfect place for our trip. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again.

Everything you could possibly need for a great vacation was provided. Well equipped kitchen and laundry, even beach towels for the nearby pool. Especially appreciated how clean everything was! Will definitely recommend to others!

Perfection! We had a boy's trip here and Matt was so great to work with our group. We walked in and it was super clean. There are just so many niceties that Matt and Julia do to go above and beyond the average VRBO rental. Here's our list... little wooden plates with Ghiradelli chocolates on all the beds, water bottles in the fridge, cold stone gift cards, state parks pass. They also have a nice ping pong table we used. If you notice in picture #34 of their rental they have so many extras that are so helpful and fun. Their home is stocked with everything you'd ever need to cook with and to have for a comfortable stay. Thank you so much for letting us rent your home. It made our trip one for the books. ~Braden

Loved the pool & hot tub! Our weather was not the best all week. The casita had everything we needed & was beautifully appointed. Great beds & soft sheets.

Great stay - very clean - loved the extras like the free pass to the State Parks, use of ice chests, kitchen amenities, bottled water, welcome gifts like candies/popcorn, etc. A very welcoming environment.

The Casita was very nice! We loved staying there and would definitely recommend it to others. It was close to the beautiful pool and hot tub. Quiet in the evening and away from the noise of the city. Clean with plenty of tv's for all, though we didn't spend much time indoors with kids and the pool so close! A great place!!

Our senior volleyball girls enjoyed the centrally located area and was impressed with all the extras Matt and his wife provided at their casita. Getting around St.George was even easier with the visitors guide Matt left for us. We were very comfortable and would not hesitate to rent again in the future. We loved staying at Chloe’s Casita! We arrived late and night and our four kids, ages 6-15, loved the chocolates, popcorn, and cold water bottles in the fridge. It was a wonderful welcome after a long drive. There was more than enough room for our family and the kids had fun picking out where they would sleep. All of the beds were very comfortable and the place was impeccably clean. We loved the heated pool and hot tub just a short walk away. We were in town for my husband to run the St. George Marathon. This was the perfect location, only 10 minutes from the Expo and race finish line in St. George. We also enjoyed hiking to dinosaur footprints just 15 minutes away. There is also a Walmart very close, where we did our grocery shopping. The kitchen had all of the cooking utensils and pans we needed and our kids loved using the tea kettle to warm hot water for hot chocolate. The leather couch was big enough for all 6 of us to recline and enjoy Netflix after the race when my husband needed to rest. We loved our stay and would come again!

The Condo was perfect for my family. 2 adults, 5 children. There was plenty of space. Mark and Julia's unexpected gifts and stocked items were awesome! We utilized the cooler, an underrated item that we had forgotten, daily. There was much fun with the ping pong and spike ball game that was in the garage. We enjoyed the pool every afternoon in the heat of the day. We visited the local state parks and Zion National Park several times for free with the passes that were included with the house. The bedding was very nice and comfy. I think Mark and Julia spent a considerable amount of time thinking of the small things that people tend to forget about when going on vacation, and stocked the condo with it. It really was a perfect visit for us at a great price. We stay in vacation houses multiple times per year for many years now, and I think this has been our best overall experience. The response time on my questions to the owners was ridiculously fast! Just make sure you do so with email, not by phone. The only suggestion I have for Mark and Julia is that you install a wireless router extender or move the router location more centrally in the unit. The TV in the kids bunk room was unusable for streaming Netflix or anything due to there not being good enough wifi signal. THANK YOU Matt and Julia, We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Our family of 7 stayed here and were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, dishes and all the basics you'd need. The simple, modern and clean decor added to the comfort level too. We went to Sandhollow Reservoir and it was super close which was nice. The pool facility is also clean and nice to have closeby. Overall we had a great time and willlook here again for our next St George stay.
