The apartment was huge, big living room, kitchen, bedroom. It was very easy to find, warm, comfortable and quiet. We had coffee, tea and lots of towels and sheets left. Wifi was good as well. Beds very very comfy.

Check in was not until 16.00 and its a bit far from the Center (40min by foot), but metro is only 800m from the apartment. Kitchen windows didnt have curtains, and also there was a door from kitchen to the main building, which was a bit creepy, but It was locked, so I guess Its ok. Bathroom was very small but clean.

I loved Copenhagen and staying in this little apartment had me imagining living there. There is a sweet little area behind the property where residents park their bikes. Having 1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed made this apartment perfect for 3 people. The cabinet in the living room was filled with Copenhagen guides which was so thoughtful and handy. The property was about a 10-15 minute bike ride away from some of the main action but has plenty of restaurants and shops around. The value for money of the property was great. If you stay here make sure you hire a bike!

The floorboards were quite creaky and as everyone has mentioned the bathroom was tiny, but I think it was quirky and I actually loved it.

we couldn’t get in at first because the sign on the door said that number 8 was to the right but it was to the left!!!! Also one of the keys didn’t work

There were spider webs in the lamp and some corners, the cutlery was not properly washed and the shower curtain was moldy

We booked this apartment for my kid's birthday celebration. However, the stay we saw on booking.com or via Sanders might show it is a high-five one. I strong recommend don't book this apartment. My family experience was horrible. No proper guidance and cleanliness weren't done. I requested additional items for my baby which weren't delivered. Would strongly recommend not to book any apartments managed by Sanders. In case I paid 14k for 7 days. In the end, I vacated the apartment in 4 days. I can share more evidence or video to depict how the apartment was managed.

No proper guidance for key delivery. The apartment wasn't cleaned. An additional baby cot and sitter weren't delivered. Please value the customer's need and the amount we pay for the property.. Not sure why the booking.com team is not reviewing the feedback and taking action against it. Rather than looting money try to value the customer feedback.

No customer service, tried to call many time before arrival with questions and they never answered the phone. Then the apartment was dirty, obviously not cleaned and we left a message to complain and they never called back. Bad wifi connection as well.

Location very good, easy to access, metro next to the apartment.There was no problems with getting into the apartment. There was enough space for 4 people, clean sheets and towels were provided.

There was no sope or showergel, no coffee or tea that we are used get in other places. Heating system was on when we arrived so it was extremely hot inside. Not the best stay!

Great location, close to the city centre, with a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and a nearby metro station. The flat was very well equipped, we felt like full time living in a Danish style flat in Copenhagen. The bathroom is small, but it is a typical Danish style bathroom for older flats, so no surprise there. I had to replace the lightbulb in one of the lamps (it wasn't working when we arrived), however, there was a spare lightbulb available. The dishes in dishwasher (and the dishwasher itself) were not very clean, so we left them cleaner than they were.

The location was great. It is close to the metro (M3) with lots of shopping options and restaurants. It was also close to the venue of my meeting.

The bathroom was pretty small and the floor drain wasn’t working properly (Bathroom gets flooded).

No working WiFi.
