Simply a beautiful property with a gorgeous view. Very comfortable and well prepared for our stay. Teresa was very responsive and accommodating.

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay. The host is great. The house and property are outstanding. We would highly recommend this to folks interested in a sound-side vacation (also a short walk from the beach). The views from the house are breathtaking. The amenities, like the kayaks, paddle board, decks, dock, and outside shower are great. The sound, nearby islands, and marshy area between the house and dock are great for bird-watching, seeing a host of other wildlife, fishing, crabbing, etc. It is a very peaceful place (e.g., not on a busy road), but is close enough to easily bike to shops, etc. I wish that we could have stayed longer.

We had a fantastic vacation staying at the Offshore Blue listing. Our week was packed with beach time, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and even a family putting championship! Offshore Blue has many amenities and Teresa is a great host. When we checked into the property, my wife exclaimed that the online pictures did not due the house justice on how really nice it is. We would definitely stay here again for future vacations.

Great Location - Private Dock to watch the sunsets - close to everything EI has to offer. Not to mention house had all the items a house should have but usually does not on VRBO - paper towels / salt/ pepper/ olive oil / dishwashing detergent / laundry detergent - i could go on. House was clean and spacious - porches - rocking chairs - lovely property.

This was my family second time staying in this home. Teresa is a great host. She replied to messages very quickly. Highly recommend this home for a large family. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the dock for fishing. We will definitely stay at the property again this year.

The house & location is wonderful! The views of the sound were awesome. The walk to the beach is an easy 10min walk. Our trip started out great when the host graciously allowed us to check in early. The kitchen is very nicely stocked & was perfect to provide Thanksgiving dinner for my Marines/ family. We were pleased to find Corn hole, fishing poles, a hammock & other games in addition to the kayak, paddle board & putting green. Everything was clean, plenty of towels & it was nice to have "starters" of toilet paper & soaps. We would definitely love to return.

This home was perfect for a quick getaway weekend with my husband. The property has great views of the water from the balconies and the fishing pier. The view from the master bedroom at sunrise was breath taking. I highly recommend this property for a quiet and relaxing weekend. My husband loved it so much, he wanted to stay an extra night. Teresa was very quick to reply to any questions I had about the home. She was a great host.

We needed a quick, partial week rental for 2 families of boys that were picked up to guest play in a baseball tournament over a long weekend. This house was the PERFECT fit for our families of baseball boys and their older sisters. The house itself was immaculate and gorgeously renovated - looking brand new. Furnishings were comfortable and worked well for our needs. The property and the view made our trip even more enjoyable! Caught a few fish, watched some amazing sunsets and loved the peaceful views. Close to everything we needed in Emerald Isle. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay. The home was just as described It was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable The owners thought of everything They had a kayak, paddle board, corn hole and beach chairs to name a few. We enjoyed the dock and view of sound. The beach was an easy 5-8 minute walk. Highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view of the marsh is spectacular and the house is very well appointed. I would highly recommend and cant wait to go back!

Recently stayed over 4th of July week. House is nicer than the photos. Sits out on a small point - so you feel isolated (even though in a neighborhood). Beautiful sound views. Owner is very nice and super responsive. Always got right back to me if I had a question. Very accommodating. Plenty of towels and supplies a lot of the basic necessities. A very enjoyable week. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful House!! We had a great stay.

My family and I rented this home for my brother in laws wedding. We wanted something to feel like home away from home and this place was perfect! We couldn’t have found a better place. It was everything it says it was sopost to be. Clean, neat, and family oriented. If I can get our family together again we would rent this home for a longer stay.

What a fantastic rental for our quick stay at the beach. Very clean with plenty of space for everybody! I really loved the master bedroom!! thank you for a nice time with my youngest daughter and her 3 friends!!

This was the perfect spot for us! A breath of fresh air. So beautifully appointed with modern decor and thoughtful touches. Loved the yoga space and indoor hammock chair!

Well-stocked, peaceful location - fantastic house!

Decided to get away for spring break for a few days on the east coast - we were not disappointed! Homes through VRBO is the only way we've been vacationing for a few years now and this home is at the top of our list as a favorite now. Teresa was super friendly and easy to work with. There is not a single thing lacking when you arrive - from shampoo to extra toilet paper to paper plates, you name it and it's most likely provided. Even had a little candy dish waiting for us with Easter chocolates in it. Beds were so comfy! It truly felt like we were staying at a friends home instead of a rental. The kitchen table was perfect for evening games with our boys and our youngest teen sat and watched a guy clamming through the spotting scope in the family room (what seemed for hours). SO peaceful and quiet where this home is located. Our only disappointment was the weather - too chilly to enjoy the kayak, so we hope to return sometime in the future in warmer weather to enjoy it. Teresa - thank you for opening your beautiful home up for other families to enjoy, you have done an amazing job decorating and furnishing your home.

Our family was getting together for a short gathering over the weekend to spend time together before my Brother had to leave for 6 month for the Air Force.. We found the house just a few days before our stay. When we arrived to the house the family had left a very nice welcome basket with snacks for our stay. We enjoyed being able to look our at the sound being able to use the dock, kayak and more. The kids enjoyed being able to play outside run around and use the swing.. The house had enough room for everyone to have there own space and not be on top of each other. There was enough seating and sleeping for everyone. We would really recommend this house to other family. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you
