Stunning location and lovely property which was nicely decorated. Very spacious bedroom and comfortable bed. Beautiful views to hills and over the countryside at breakfast …. even on a cloudy morning! Comfy sitting room. Short drive to Ballina or Foxford for pm meals. Home made baking available until 5pm. Friendly warm hostess. Plenty of parking space.

Peggy was an excellent host, and very kindly made gave us breakfast at a very early hour. She also made us a packed lunch to take away for very little extra cost. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and we would love to have been staying for longer, for the peacefulness and to explore the area.

Maybe it would be beneficial if there was a TV in the room. Choice of breakfast on menu. But when we asked for a fry up there was no problem

When we arrived we where made very welcome Peggy is a super human being with quiet but helpful ways. I would recommend the place very much especially being so remote and peaceful.

If you are looking to have quite and blissful days this is the place for you. It is located in a farm about 15minutes from Ballina city center, better reached by car (not sure about public transportation). House is gorgeous and our room was very spacious and spotless. I’ve never been to a B&B that was so clean, honestly. But what stood out for me was the good smell once you enter the room, towels, bed sheet, everything smells so good. Peggy takes good care of the place and the guests. Breakfast was amazing too. We had a pleasant time.
