The apartament is very nice, has everything you need for self-catering. It is very clean, the stuff was available for any needs we had. Self check-in is great. We visit this place third time, we like it very much.

It is a complete apartment, with absolutely everything you need, including TV with netflix, tv channels, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped, equipped with water filter with reverse osmosis, functional oven, washing machine, etc. Self check in works perfectly. Very clean.

The rental prices are quite high in this town.

Self check in was great, the apartament is clean and has everything we needed, any problem we had the owner had helped us, no matter how late it was.

The shower's faucet made us trouble, first we couldn't figure out how to make the water hot, because the marks from it were very subtle and after seeing them, the water was too hot/too cold, was difficult to set it at a constant temperature.

The bed was very rocky

The main entrance hall had poor lighting and a cracked light switch at the bottom of the stairs. The walls of the stairwell were in desperate need of repair. Tins of paint and other items were stored underneath main stairs (fire hazard) as the main stairs are the only means of escape in the event of a fire. I was told I would have to pay 5€ for extra bedding for the sofa bed even though I had asked in my booking for 2 beds. The bedding that was left for us was DISGUSTING, creased, old and very thin from constant wear, I use better bedding at home for my 2 dogs. The towels given were old and stained. A bar of soap was left on the shelf inside the shower with a hair next to it. (why would anyone (cleaner) think it's OK to leave an old bar of soap for the next guests to use?) The kitchen utensils inside the drawer were all greasy. We checked into to the apartment and within 10 minutes we checked out, we only stayed the 10 minutes as that is how long it took us to book another property for the rest of our stay. We booked this apartment because of the good reviews on booking.com. I can't believe the reviews were written by previous happy guests. I know you are going to say in your reply that we should have brought the above issues to the owners attention. If he thought the we needed a better quality of bedding then I'm sure he would have given this to us in the first place. Regarding cleanliness, well the apartment should have been 100% before our arrival. I have always used booking.com in the past because of the reviews on a Property, don't know what happened this time?
