We had a memorial for my sister who died in July. We had family attend from Albuquerque, Hot Springs AR, Buffalo NY, Marlow OK and Phoenix AZ. We enjoyed spending time together and had everyone for breakfast one morning. The property was spacious and allowed us to visit comfortably. The mattresses are wonderful. And the kitchen is large and well equipped. I highly recommend!

We stayed here for a month! It was such a blessing. Our family was able to visit and at times we had 7 of us. We were so comfortable. The location was perfect. We loved it.

Our family was blow away by this beautiful house. It exceeded all expectations and made our trip to Las Cruces even better. Our family consisted of 9 people. This house accommodated us perfectly, everyone had plenty of space. This house also came better equipped than most, kitchen was stocked with everything anyone would want or need. Each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, etc. We loved our stay.

Our group traveled 1800 miles to Las Cruces to stay for a week. We could not have been as comfortable and as well positioned in the city without this great property! The kitchen is well stocked with utensil, pots, pans, etc., and appointed with the island and bar. If you have several people and want to cook and relax, this worked for us.

We gathered family from four states for the first gathering since the beginning of the pandemic, and this home was perfect to accommodate 7 people more than would fit at our nearby home. The home was comfortable and well appointed and everyone had a splendid visit. Highly recommend.

My family and I stayed here while visiting the White Sands National Park and the Carlsbad Caverns. It was the perfect retreat after long drives. Julia is an amazing host and makes you feel right at home! The house has everything you'd ever need- comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, and a massive master bath. We appreciated the multiple dining and living spaces and the boardgames. A real plus was being able to park in the garage. The house is located in a cul de sac in a safe and clean neighborhood with beautiful homes. If you have any doubts about booking this house, look no further, just do it! You'll have a great experience!

This house was perfect for my vacation it was peaceful and quiet during my time there and Julia was the perfect host throughout my visit!

We stayed at this property while in town for my brother's wedding. My mom was undergoing radiation treatment for breast cancer and I needed a house in the neighborhood where I could walk back and forth. One of my nephews and his family stayed with Grandma and my family, my cousin and my other 2 nephews stayed at Julia's home. It came with everything, hair dryer yes, wine, chips and salsa yes, room to sit and chat, or play cards or watch a movie you bet. It had flour for baking and spices for cooking. It was really set up like your own home. We always stay at VRBO homes for week long visits and although we were only there for 3 days this time, we would book it again for our next family reunion. It was quite large, had enough bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of linen, towels, detergent, soap, lotion, etc... Stay here when you are in Las Cruces next!

This is our second one month plus stay at the Francis house. It is perfect. Kitchen is fully stocked and home is located a quiet neighborhood near everything. Julia (the owner) is so responsive. You won't find a better place as your home away from home.

This property had my family feeling at home. Fully furnished from the outdoor grill to the bathrooms and kitchen stocked with just about anything you need. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. We definitely plan to stay here again next time we are visiting.

Halfway between CA and TX, a safe road trip from either direction and a luxurious destination. We cooked, gamed, watched DVDs, and gathered safely; we brought food and hunkered down but there are nearby stores and restaurants for post-pandemic visits.

Our family booked at last minute due to cancellation of going out of state because of Covid. My family enjoyed our stay here and all the luxuries of the house. We had great quality time together.

House is beyond amazing. It's very spacious and is well stocked. Owners provided many extras like linens, toiletries, and kitchenware. 100% would recommend for large groups.

We stayed 34 magical days at the Francis home in Las Cruces in March/April 2019. First of all, the location is perfect. You are five minutes to: I-25, hospital, restaurants, mall, movies and more. The neighborhood is very quiet and the cul de sac location adds privacy. Second, the house is better than the pictures look online. The finishes are high end. It is extremely well-stocked and was very clean when we arrived. Most of the appliances are new. The TV is huge. Third, the owner is very responsive. When we had a question, she answered in less than an hour. Within one day of arriving, we tried to book for a month next year, but it was already booked. We are on a waiting list in case there is a cancellation. This house is a winner!!!

This was the perfect house for our group of 6! Beautiful, spacious and a great location. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking and socializing and the gas fireplace was the sought after spot for getting cozy in the evenings. We would definitely come back for another stay! Julia was super attentive and accommodating to our needs. We couldn't have asked for a better house!!

This was one of the most well maintained VRBO’s and well organized we have ever stayed at! I can’t say enough good things about the home and Julia as a host. This beautiful amazing home was perfect for our women's softball team. We played in a 72 hour tournament and coming back to our vacation home to have team dinners was perfect. Julia was amazing with us staying one extra night! She was always available by email or phone. Her home was provided will all the amenities that helped us have a successful stay. Everything about this home was amazing! Great decor, space and beautiful views to see the sunsets and sunrise. Our team is already looking forward to staying next October. Trust me you won't be disappointed in staying in this beautiful home. By far one of the best VRBO homes ever.
