We had an amazing stay here. This place does not disappoint. Its in the perfect location to see and do everything. We had a 4 year old and a 87 year old with us and this place was perfect for all ages. Dhalia was amazing for everything and responded quickly to every question we had. Check in and out were also very easy. We would go back in a heartbeat.

This property is absolutely amazing. Located on a fabulous beach and boardwalk and so close to a good sized kids park and the Sand-sculpting competitions. good shopping all within walking distance. Was very happy we didn’t have to get in the vehicle for three whole days. The Pool (bring lifejackets for the Littles because it’s deep)on site was an amazing reprieve from the heat and the extra little bucket of beach toys was a great. We are definitely coming back again as soon as we can and booking one full week and we will not run out of fun things to do with the kids. Aces in my books. PS, for parents bonus the shower is 10/10 view 10/10 awesome BBQ and patio 10/10

Huge tidal change. Great town park just down from the condo with all kinds of activities. Comfortable accommodations though the building does retain alot of heat and no cross ventilation. Kitchen is well outfitted. We had a great time. Would recommend.

This property met all our expectations. The location was good and the views great. I couldn’t believe how spotless it was as well. My one teeny tiny note is we had two vehicles and had to park across main road in residential area.

Location-beautiful; cleanliness-perfect; facilities-impeccable However, we do agree with other guest reviews that the mattresses need upgrading and the den (3rd bed) without a window and see- through doors did lack air and privacy. The kitchen did trump all-so well equipped for a family thanksgiving dinner. Thanks!

The location is what makes this property a superstar. Steps to the beach where kids can play in tidal pools and dig and run. A short walk to the best playground/water park. See you again next year!

The amenities of this property are excellent and as listed and described. The location is ideal for the beach, the sand castle completion during out stay, restaurants and the boardwalk. The View of the beach , mountains and Strait of Georgia all from your 6th floor balcony . A glass of wine , sit back and watch the tides. A very quiet and relaxing stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, well equipped condo. Nice quiet location in a well maintained building. Our only wish would have been for more comfortable beds.

Beachside perfection
Yoy can't get a better location. Just steps to beach,boardwalk, restaurant and inside pool and hot tub. Condo was very well equipped with everything, even beach towels and sand buckets!

Not really 3 bedrooms but very nice!
Very nice view and location is really good. The main living area, balcony and 2 bedrooms are lovely. The kitchen is very well stocked. The 3rd bedroom has no windows and is really a very small den. It was hot and stuffy with no privacy as the doors are glass.

We enjoyed everything about this condo. So awesome and it can’t get better! The location in Parksville is perfect to walking everywhere and easy access to go see other sites.

Holiday in Paradise
The 6th floor condo unit overlooking Parksville Beach was clean, quiet and had a spectacular view. I'll miss my morning tea on the balcony! The beds were comfy and everyone in my family had a space when they visited. The condo was well appointed and lacked nothing. I stayed the month of May and it was the most relaxing, beautiful vacation ever. Until next time!

We had a great time in the condo which is perfectly situated. We had everything we needed in the fully appointed kitchen and there was plenty of room when we had visitors.

Daughters Wedding
Our stay at this Beach Club condo was wonderful! It is in the middle of town and the boardwalk running alongside this beautiful beach was just a short walk to to one of the best parks for children that we have been to! Our grandson was teething and very sad at nighttime, due to how the bedrooms were situated and soundproofed we never heard a thing:) I have never stayed in a condo before that had more towels, kitchen supplies( dishes, pots and pans, baking dishes, mixing bowls ect) everything to make a thanksgiving dinner... it was like being at home! Dahlia our property manager was quick and easy to reach,the beds were comfy, the pool and hot tub were great on a stormy day for the kids! I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to enjoy the beautiful beaches and town of Parksville and surrounding areas! Location, location, location

Fantastic one week stay in Parksville
Family five, with two large teenage boys and three adults staying at this property in August for a week. It was the perfect size for our family, very spacious with a large deck (where I spent most of my time enjoying the view!).
Dahlia, the property manager, was efficient and easy to contact regarding a couple of minor issues we had. She was very responsive and helped us sort things out easily.
The location is great, walking distance to lots of amenities in the town and on a wonderful stretch of beach with a fabulous community park nearby.
We would definitely stay here again.

Very enjoyable stay
Great location and great views at this condo. Check in was easy and the place was very clean. It would be nice if certain essentials such as shampoo and cooking oils were supplied. Regardless, we will be returning next year.

Wonderful unit at Beach Club
Great experience for us and family members in Parksville! Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Manager Dalia was great, very courteous and helpful. She found a cell phone our daughter had forgotten and got it right back to her by express post to Vancouver.

Great. Exactly as advertised.
This apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Convenient location, super clean, well stocked and very quiet. It was in the middle of winter, in the middle of a pandemic, so maybe that was why it was so quiet! But we found it peaceful. This unit has everything you could need. I was able to cook full meals and even bake. The pool, hot tub and gym were great. Our only complaint was the furniture. It is very worn so couches, chairs and beds were uncomfortable as they had lost their cushioning. I don't usually have back problems but they made my back sore. I couldn't sit at the dining room for more than a few minutes. If the furniture was updated this place would be perfect.

We just had a great time! The condo was very well appointed, they had everything you could possibly.
We loved the location. It’s right on the beach with easy access to everything. The rental was very straight forward. We were met and given the key and a short run down. Our Host was available but we didn’t need a thing.

Title says it all. Great place, great location. Was able to accommodate party of 8 with 3 king/queen beds plus a sofa bed. Only minor complaint was bed in master and den a bit soft. A few complaints of sore backs in the am. Otherwise no complaints. Great area/location and communication with owners.

Lovely quiet building & amazing view!
We felt quite safe (amongst covid 19), staying here as everything was clean and we met the owner who reassured us upon entry. The building was quiet and well suited to having lots of guests, but perfect for us 2 friends to stay. Everyone coming and going from the elevators and building were delightful, polite and respectful of social distancing. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and spacious unit that was very clean. Was easily a home away from home...except no Calgary snow or -17. Just one concern. Each morning, from 0630-0930, a neighbor's dog barked constantly. Not the best of the wake up experiences. Would not knock any stars for the dog thing, though. Loved the place and would stay again
