Water was great lots of swimming

Beautiful lake front property, very peaceful location. Love all the board game options…many laughs were had. Husband loved having the grills to cook on. The outside water sports options were awesome to have, just wished they were maintained a little better. Had to clean them of dirt, debris, critters and cobwebs, which wasn’t a problem, it just looked like they hadn’t been used in a while and no prep work was done prior to renter’s coming. That being said we were still very happy to have them available as an option and used them daily. We loved being able to tie all of the floats to the dock and just relax (bringing a pump might be a good idea). Overall we had a blast. It was the perfect quick getaway we were looking for!!

Great trip!!! We had the best time. We were celebrating our daughter’s birthday with a lake getaway and it was perfect! Dawn (hostess) had balloons and birthday banners up when we arrived. We also brought our dog and she left her a bowl, bone and fetch ball. My in-laws decided to surprise us for the day and needed to stay the night. They always travel with their dog and Dawn allowed them to bring their dog at the last minute. She was very kind and accommodating. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night! We would love to come back in the future. Thank you Dawn

Weather didn’t cooperate but the house and immensities were great. Be sure to carry mosquitoes spray, the wet weather had mosquitoes out in full force.
Loved the screened in porch with fan.
Bream bedding around dock made fishing with grand kids a treat! Thanks again for sharing you place with us!

Our family went for a long weekend away and we made some awesome memories!! The home was very clean and stocked with anything you could need to cook with in the kitchen. The owner Dawn was very friendly and even left us a little treat for the kids. We couldn't be more happier with our little trip!! We will definitely be back!!

Loved our stay at the lake! It was a great house for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving, well equipped kitchen and everything we needed for a great week. Plus the host was incredibly kind and made sure we had everything we needed for the holiday.

My family had a great time at this super cute and cozy lake house. They really thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook and bake meals without a problem. Great outside space to enjoy the lake. The owner is very nice and easy to get in touch with. She even left me a thank you note and gift for staying. We would definitely recommend!

Great Stay
Host was very responsive and did a great job communicating during the check in process. House was clean with all the essentials. We made use of the kayaks and paddle boards daily. The house sits on a quiet cove and has a dock with lawn chairs. We really enjoyed our stay and will book again.

Home away from home!!!
This was our 1st time visiting Cline’s lake house. It was a gift to my husband for our 10 year anniversary(he loves to fish). The lake house was like a home away from home. My family enjoyed every aspect of the property. My husband was able to catch enough fish for us to have dinner and my daughter said she was in board game Heaven. They have every game imagined.

Fun Girls Weekend
We had such a great time during our weekend stay. Dawn was an absolute pleasure to deal with. House was very nice and so clean. We had 2 adults and 7 teens and had more than enough room for all of us. It was nice having towels and sheets provided along with most, if not all, of the amenities of home. The lake view was amazing. Already looking forward to our next stay so we can enjoy the kayaks and paddle boards once the weather is warmer. Thanks, Dawn, for everything!

Best Spot On The Lake!
We spend two days doing business work in an environment that made the process so much better! The house is perfect, everything you could possibly want was provided. The view is awemazing! Will definitely like to visit again!

Birthday Weekend
All my niece wanted for her birthday was to camp! We set up a tent by the water and she loved it! Mrs. Cline was absolutely amazing! Although we were only messaging back and forth, I felt like I really got to know her! The house was perfect and already loaded with the must haves - plastic cutlery, paper products, etc. There was a FABULOUS coffee bar with all the essentials! Coffee on the porch was perfect! It was so perfect to have my family under one roof and this was definitely the best place for it!

Senior girls weekend away
A good friend and myself took our daughters and 5 of their graduating friends for a girls long weekend away! We had a blast! House, property and water front/swimming was PERFECT for us! Dawn was so nice and very accommodating!! We will definitely be renting again!!

Cozy Lake Get Away
We had a great Labor Day weekend at the lake. Great location, we had 10 total with our family & friends!! The kids absolutely loved the kayak & paddle boards!! House had everything we needed, and we enjoyed eating at some of the local restaurants on the lake! Dawn was great w check in & communication through the whole weekend!! Would definitely go back!

Amazing stay
We had an amazing long weekend! This home is super cozy & cute. It was very clean & stocked with all the essentials. We needed only to bring our clothes & food. That was a major bonus. Wonderful view of the lake in a nice quiet cove. Dawn was very accommodating. We can’t wait to go back!

Girl Time
We had a short last minute getaway for some girl time. Sitting on the screened porch looking at the lake and watching all the birds was wonderful. Also, taking kayaks out on the peaceful beautiful water was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. There were even fresh flowers for us to enjoy. The huge game and puzzle selection was a bonus.... We played a game that gave us tons of laughs. Thanks for helping us make some fun memories. The only negative I would have to say would be that the deck has some dangerous issues that could use re-designing.

Comfortable cottage
The home was very clean and comfortable. Everything you need . Due to the time of year the outdoors and yard needed some TLC. I’m sure it is beautiful in the spring and summer. The owner was super accommodating .

Quiet place
We arrived early with a boat and Dawn was kind enough to accommodate our truck parking. Cove is quiet and easily accessible. Home is nicely furnished and homey.

Wedding Retreat
I booked this house for a weekend because it was half way between two wedding events. One was in Greenwood and the other in Laurens SC. We loved relaxing all day on Saturday with a wonderful view of the lake. The home was very well stocked and you could feel the overwhelming sense of family. We even ate lunch at the Mayberry Diner in Cross Hill which was quaint but good. Thanks Dawn for sharing your home.

Peaceful Stay
This lakehouse was just perfect! Right on the lake with a wonderful screened-in porch for taking in the views. Tons of games and fun things for the kids. We had everything we needed & Dawn was super helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Labor Day Stay
Dawn is an absolute delight!! She made sure everything we needed was taken care of. She left many personal touches throughout the house like fresh flowers, marshmallows for roasting and a personalized welcome message for our group. The house was spotless and a great time was had by all!!

Loved the place,very clean and cozy. I talk with the owner a few times on the phone.She was very nice and made us feel very welcome. They had a lot of things to do there so no one got board. My grandkids did not want to leave.It was just a wonderful weekend. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home. We will be back!!
