Great hotel

The pool didn’t work wasn’t notified until I asked and price should have been at a discount for that reason for an out of town traveler

Very clean and the staff was very exceptional🫶🏽

Check in was a bit messy. The room I checked into online was not available. We were given keys to someone else' room.

Room was nice

My room was full of roaches. I called the front desk but all I got was I'm so sorry were all booked up for tonight.So I had to sleep in a roach infested room without accommodations or some type of refund.The amount of money I paid this Unacceptable.

Breakfast was great. The building was overall clean and the pool was teriffic!

The staff that was there was wonderful. However we arrived 2 hours after check in time and the room was not ready. When we did get into the room let's just say cleaning was minimal. The beds were made but the bathroom was not very good. Realizing how short staffed you were we cleaned it ourselves. I wish the state of things for all of us were better. Finding help is hard!
