Nice place and great location. Not a ton to do in Topeka, but my friend and I were meeting half way to hang out for a weekend so we didn’t mind just staying in. Only negative thing was the weird mirror in the corner of the third room, both of us thought it was a strange place for it. Neither of us stayed in that room so it didn’t bother us, but we did question it. Other than that, great place!

I really liked the property, very clean and close to parks and everywhere we were visiting.

We stayed 3 nights in the beautiful Munson home. It was perfect for 5 adults and an infant. We had plenty of room and the large back yard was a plus. The kitchen has everything to prepare meals. There was a large amount of towels and bedding. The host has thought of everything.

The house is beautiful and clean. There was a few things to fix but over all a great home

Home is well laid out, and easy to stay in. Host has abundance of towels, cooking items, and fun extras to allow family stays to go with ease.

Very clean and cute house that was great for my family. Very close to Gage Park and groceries and a coffee shop.

This house is in a older quite neighborhood. It is very easy to get around town from the area. Loved the fenced yard for our 2 small dogs that they could actually chase a couple squirrels and be off leash. Home is older but in nice shape and interior is clean. We enjoyed our visit and will hopefully be able to rent again next visit up to see family. The owners are very easy to communicate with and work with.

This was an excellent property, had everything we needed. Our host was extremely friendly, helpful and kept in great communication. Beautiful neighborhood, great yard and back patio. We would love to stay here again on our next visit.

We are on a road trip and have driven to Estes Park and spent the night in Topeka. This house was very cute with a farmhouse decor. It gave us a great night of rest. I would stay there again.

Wonderful property, clean and comfortable!

We emptied our stay as a family here while we were in town for a sports tournament. It allowed our kids to have space to be kids & also allowed us space for everyone to have down time. The kitchen was great for cooking our meals. Thank you for letting us stay!

Nicely decorated mid century meets modern farmhouse. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

The house has been renovated with modern appliances and fixtures. It is clean and well maintained. Nice backyard and we felt very safe walking in the neighborhood. Close to everything you need, restaurants, groceries, and best for us, lots of parks for walks. Perhaps best for us is the Hills Nutrition Bark Park a couple blocks away. 25 acres of off-leash park for under and over 30 lb dogs.

We stayed at Brandie’s lovely property. The location was great for easily getting to the interstate to go to either Manhattan or Kansas City, and is a great location in relation to most of the city. Most places we visited were within 10 minutes. Only downside were the beds and pillows were a bit stiff, otherwise the backyard had plenty of space for my dogs, great laundry options and a well stocked kitchen of pans and utensils. Everything was clean and easily enjoyed!

Our stay worked out perfectly for the purpose. Very cozy, clean home.

Very easy owner to work with. The house was a great location for a wedding we were attending. Beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed for cooking. Thank you for a pleasant stay!!

Love the keyless intry. The beds are to hard for my liking. I was traveling also with my fur baby I rented this property because it had a fence. I was not aware that there were two other dogs that share the same fence line. I would recommend having a wooden fence up for guest that have fur babies. so my dog was not able to enjoy the freedom of a backyard. We had to walk her on a leash out front. Also, I would recommend a door that closes the basement area. My husband was lucky enough to catch himself before falling down them trying to go out the back door. i’m sure a baby gate would work. The one that was there was broken so it was really no good for that. The home does have a slight smell to it almost reminds me of going to grandmas house, but I’m pretty sure that’s because of the remodeling that’s going on in the basement. A candle worked beautifully. we weren’t able to use the refrigerator to its full abilities. It appears that the waterline just isn’t hooked up to the refrigerator so there is no ice machine or filtered water. and for television, you’re pretty much stuck with watching news, more news and some more news. but of course I was there on a vacation so the television thing didn’t really bother me. I will definitely rent this house again in the near future visiting Topeka, Kansas it was just steps away from the zoo. The wildlife in the backyard was phenomenal loved watching it. The binder in the house that tells you the house rules is a bit outdated specially when it comes to trash day. neighborhood was definitely quiet, neighbors minded, their own business besides the dogs and the squirrels and birds ha ha. but like I said, it was a cute little house. Enjoyed my stay.

Cute house in a great location with nice backyard, however. Full trash bins out front that smelled seriously bad, exterior of home needs pressure cleaned, grill is unusable as covered in spider webs inside and out, patio chair covered with clumps of human hair - like someone had a haircut in that chair, very dirty frying pan, overall not super clean and not well maintained - birds nests in the back porch and on front lamp, electric wiring exposed on back porch, dining chair with gross stain, etc. side note: king bed is hard as a rock.

We arrived at the location and the check-in process was a little confusing, but we figured it out. When we walked in the place it had a very musty smell to it. Like nobody had stayed there in a while. Bed was comfortable and the layout was good but the smell of the place really needs to be addressed.

Enjoyed our family reunion at the property. Plenty of room and enjoyed the back porch. Great place with the right amenities! Thanks for a great stay.

We needed a place to rent for a week during an unplanned renovation. This home provided all the things we needed as top priority for choosing a rental place. Easy access for my handicapped father in law and a great fenced in back yard for our dogs. It was also very clean, loved the neighborhood and communication with the owner was very timely. I highly recommend this rental.

This was the perfect house for a weekend getaway to visit our son.

For my visit to Topeka this property is in the best location. It was good after busy days to come back and be able to relax. Quiet neighborhood-lots of cardinals to watch early in the mornings while having coffee and even a black squirrel hung around for awhile. Very homey and had everything I needed. Brandie was on top of things and communicated with me immediately. Hoping to go back in June if available.

This house met all of our needs for the weekend! When we did have a problem arise at the end of an evening, one of the owners was there first thing the next morning to fix the problem. The space enabled us to be together with family members in a comfortable, homey environment.

We loved this home! Owner had nice clean towels, sheets, blankets, etc. We just felt at home here. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. We would stay again.

My friend and I live several miles apart. Once in a while we decide to meet have for each. Then we plan our agenda. Usually involves reading our books and putting puzzles together. What a great stay. Enjoyed the house.
