Foi tão mau que tive que fazer uma reclamação no livro de reclamações. A ASAE lá irá fazer o seu papel. Fui acorda na primeira noite as 10:50 pelo dono e expulsa da minha cama para puderem fazer uma desinfestação contra PERCEVEJOS!!! Eu fui obviamente picada. Então pedi logo para fazer o check out no qual o amável dono João aponta para a porta e diz “É só para fazer o check out? Pode ir embora!!!” Ou seja fiz uma reserva de 3 dias, PAGUEI e fiquei lá 10 horas literalmente. Não sei como está ainda aberto, cheira mal, cama barulhenta da para ouvir de Espanha, tudo sujo, pessoas mal educadas. A única coisa boa foi puder fugir dali. Ainda recebi ligações do dono a discutir comigo. Quero o meu dinheiro de volta. Como uma pessoa portuguesa que vive no Porto ja a 5 anos digo “Se vocês têm amor próprio não venham aqui”.

Non mi è piaciuta la mancanza totale di pulizia, le foto mi hanno molto ingannata. I bagni sono decadenti, sporchi, con presenza di muffa sulle pareti delle docce. Il phon non c’è quindi sono rimasta con i capelli bagnati.

We spent 3 nights here in September 2022 and checked in at 3.00PM after arriving from Lisbon by train. The hostel is so conveniently located and is almost at the door-step of Campanha Station in Porto. We were met by a friendly Giovanni who manages the hostel and was expecting us. We passed by a common kitchen facility on our way upstairs to our room on the topmost floor. Fortunately, Room 201 has its own private ensuite bathroom. Individual air-conditioning units were installed in the room but we did not need to use it. A washing machine facility was available and after many days of travel, we managed to have laundry and drying done onsite. Best part of this hostel is the excellent convenience to the train and metro station for us to make the sight-seeing day trips.

The floorboards creaked each time we climbed the stairs to get to our room, Room 201 on the topmost floor. We had to share the common kitchen to make hot beverages or keep food snacks in the common fridge which was an inconvenience but part and parcel of a hostel. Although Room 201 had windows facing the main road, vehicular and pedestrian noise quickly subsided once night fell. The Wifi reception can be erratic and slow, especially in the day time. We appreciate being able to do our laundry onsite but charging 4 euros per load is a bit steep.

The location was OK, near the Campanhã train station. Staff is nice.

Showers have no privacy, although are closed, there's no place to dress in shower area. the number of toilets/showers should be double. Hostel is very noisy during night
