Overall I found the place not bad not good. The location is in the middle of Thamel, everything is nearby so 10/10 for location

Keep in mind I had booked the Junior Suite A property nearby is under construction and the noise level is quite high I stayed there for 3 nights and didn't need them to clean the room and when I asked for bottles of water, I was told that these are chargable and I had to explain that I didn't want them to clean the room hence the bottles were not replaced. I just think that a basic necessity like water (Maybe not bottled water but at least filtered water) should be free Poor wifi

Location - 10/10. Well my priority was to enjoy the streets of Thamel, party, eat and drink. So it was perfect for me. If you would rather want peace and tranquillity, you probably should book some other place. Service - 10/10. This was the highlight of the stay. The service is amazing and staffs are super nice. Cleanliness - 10/10. Everything was super tidy and well maintained.

is very noisy could not sleep the whole night, there were police sirens in mid night. was staying in a room near to a club

perfect location beautiful building staff were really really nice specially Prakash at front desk. he upgraded us aswell to a room with a terrace

the prices are the same as staying at 4-5star in thamel so it kinda misses the mark on it which is fine but until late night we could hear loud music from nearby clubs and bars and the toilet had a stench which wasn’t fixed

I was offered premium deluxe room for upgrade for 15$ total 63$.but later I Realised same room only 56$.(per night)in booking. Com.so I think I was over charged by staff.i stayed 22-23 jun.wich i already paid and upgraded and again 29jun.when I showed price on booking. Com staff reduced and charge me 60$.so I think they are too money minded.brek fast sucs

Food items are limited. There are no local food in this hotel. All continental food so I feel there should be Nepali food.

The pillow cover was unclean, the bathroom had a damp smell and there was loud banging noise since 6'0 clock in the morning.

Hotel Roadhouse is designed in a beautiful traditional style with all modern amenities and conveniences. We stayed in a suite on both occasions and would highly recommend paying a little extra for the space and beautiful terrace. The hotel staff went out of their way to make us comfortable - providing very fast room service, including small requests for one of the nights because we were unwell. The reception staff also went of their way to book transport, providing a lunch for our journey to Pokhara and generally providing excellent customer service.

One very small area for improvement - the service in the restaurant, at breakfast particularly, could be improved and more thought given to spacing out the delivery of the coffees, fruit, eggs etc. It all seemed to come at once which means you can't really enjoy each thing individually you have to eat the hot food first so it doesn't get cold.

Fantastic hotel. It’s an oasis in the middle of Thamel! Probably one of the best restaurants of western cuisine. The room is super comfortable and staff is super polite!

Thamel is a very busy area… don’t expect silence after 21.
