A great place to stay in great location. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and there were equipments/toys well catered for my 10 month old daughter. However, lots of small insects made it through inside at night, beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable, TV could not connect to internet and there were very limited things to watch on foxtel. Unfortunately, price was steep as well as cleaning and linen fee despite the requirement of bringing your own towels and bedsheets (we had to bring 5 sets which was inconvenient). Other minor details included a lack of facial tissues and laundry powder (welcome booklet stated this was included).

The place was great, one of the best I’ve ever experience. Matt was welcoming with a great attitude
Sharon and Matt were great. House was clean and tidy. It’s plenty of games to entertain kids and adults, all surrounded by nature and beautiful animal. Weather is always on point and everything is 10 min from the house.

North facing deck with nice outlook, a very well equipped house and very clean. Host was very welcoming and friendly.

My stay was made extra relaxing by the ease and communication with Sharon and the peacefulness of the property and neighbourhood.. the dogs next door made for an extra treat for my own pooch too 🙂

Lovely getaway
We enjoyed our stay very much. Terrigal and Erina Fair is only 10 minutes away by drive. Dogs can roam around the big field while we are in the hot tub. Highly recommend this place.

Little slice of green heaven
A lovely 2 bedroom property overlooking restful greenery with a playground and a spa. Clean,new, everything you need for a relaxing stay,including an xbox to make the teens happy. Nearby Deli had all the foodie luxuries. Would stay here again

Spacious and tranquil
It was great and easy to stay with Sharon and her family. The place is very secluded, tranquil and you feel that you are in the middle of a forest.

Beautiful serene property
Location is fabulous, very quiet and spacious. Had a very pleasant three days and really enjoyed the interaction with Sharon's children, their chooks and rabbits.
The bathroom is small as advertised but great hot water and good pressure.

Great green space. Awesome kitchen.
The 2 bedroom house is ideal for a family trip.
With a lovely veranda and an outdoor hot tub.
A perfect place to unwind.

The only small thing I would suggest to improve is the shower door.
If the owners can get something(sealants or rubber guards) to stop water from going everywhere while having showers, the house would be perfect.

Excellent place
It's such a nice place to stay it's quite and had soo much fun it's good for family and for group of friends to stay away from city life there is many activities to do there such as rugby soccer tennis etc I will like to thanks owner for such a good service we will be back again for sure

A bush escape minutes from everything
We are a family of five humans and one furry canine member. We stayed for 3 nights at Sharon and Matts amazing little get away, and our time was AMAZING. They are such accommodating hosts, and couldn't do enough to make us comfortable. The house was neat as a pin, and had everything we needed..... even under-floor heating!
My kids were so happy to have other kids to play with, and our dog Shadow is missing his buddy already.
Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to come back soon.

Great Place to stay
This semi attached Granny Flat Was neat and tidy with a great out look on the open gardens ,
Parking was easy we had four cars for golf weekend, the BBQ is massive the kitchen is tidy and all in all a great week stay up the coast.

Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner was friendly but left us to enjoy our holiday. The house was clean and plenty of room. Our dog loved the garden and decking area.

Lovely House!
This was a beautiful house with an amazing nature view. It was easy to get to, quiet but close to town. An IGA was not too far away so we could get everything we needed quickly. We did not hear or see any traffic while we were at the house which was a big plus. We booked the day before with a last minute change to our plans and it come through really quickly and easily. Great service and we were very happy with our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property.
The location was beautiful and handy, close to Terrigal centre and shoping centres.
House facilities was brand new and perfectly working.
Property was very clean and tidy and in a very good condition.
Property manager was so nice, friendly and helpful.
The best thing was gaming and sport stuff.
Enjoyed a lot and highly recommended.

Peaceful and Serene
Totally enjoyed our stay here! So blissfully quiet and allows you time with nature and some wonderful animals, including a very cheeky rabbit! Only disappointment was lack of internet/phone reception (but you can stand in the paddock and check if you're so inclined) We enjoyed the break from technology ourselves!! Would definitely return if we hadn't bought a house in the area...Great value
