They canceled my reservation 2 hours before I was supposed to check in, said they were oversold, so the first reservations they cancel are the booking.com reservations….i was not happy.

Breakfast was good.

The only baggage cart they had was virtually unusable. A couple of the wheels were not functional. It made getting into the room very difficult. Also, they need to install grab bars in the shower to assist old people like me in steadying myself as I get in and out of the shower, Grab bars are not that expensive to install.

Location

Room wasn't cleaned I found trash on the floor and as I went to bed I found an empty water bottle between the bed and night stand which was obvious that you could see it. Beds were not comfortable and upon check in the girl charged me 50 dollars more for just in case you get something or they have to charge you extra and to be honest I've never had to pay that up front but they have taken my card number but not money now I have to wait 5 business days to get that back. I won't be staying there again and I will stick with the Windham motels.

The beds were very comfortable-not too soft and not too hard. Breakfast was good with several selections, both cold and hot. Everything was very clean.

Would like to have some gluten-free and dairy-free options on the breakfast, or at least have labeling by the items so we can see if there are allergens in them.

Location for travel

dingy furniture and walls. bathroom . no coffee available in room and in complimentary coffee in lobby not working. check in employee not very pleasant or helpful. noisy in hotel in general

The bed was comfortable.

When I arrived at 2:45 the girl working said, you can’t check in until 3, and was rather rude with her comments. I had put on my reservation I’d arrive between 2-3, but I honestly just felt like she didn’t want to “work”, but wE waiting for 3 pm so she could leave and someone else would have to do the work
