Breakfast was fine

There was broken glass all over my bathroom, I stepped on it with my bare foot. I was given another room after reporting to Alexis at the front desk. I’m glad it was me and not my child who stepped on the glass. It was a broken bottle.

Our towels were not clean, our bedding was not clean

Bed and location was good.

We didn't like how there was mold in the air conditioner in the room we stayed in.

Friendly staff and good breakfast

Elevator was out due to storm. Not the hotels fault and they put our room near a stairwell to make it easier.

The property seemed to be in a fine location, close to some restaurants, and Walmart, so it was easy to pick up anything we needed.

The second floor smelled like marijuana when you got out of the elevator and all the way down the halls. The room was ok, but just had a dingy feel. Breakfast was served from 6-9:30, we got there at 8:45 and most of it was empty. I asked the lady working there for a few things and she grumbled, but got them. The rest of the staff was friendly.

The lady that checked us in and out was so friendly and pleasant. You could tell that she really cared that all your needs are met while staying there. 10 out of 10 service from her! The hotel and room was great very clean. Bed was comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.
