Appartement tres confortable (chambre et salon) et propre. Grande cuisine. Idéalement situé dans la vieille ville. Peut pas faire mieux. Proche des restau, bars, plage centre ville. Salle de bain refait à neuf. Communication facile avec l'hôte.

In the apartment there were mice and you cant keep food anywhere on the counter, the owners should pay more attention too this.

Very nice apartment located in Old Nice and all kind of restaurants and tram and bus stops are within 2-5 min distance. Apartment has all kind of facilities and washing machine too.

The floor was filthy with dust. I had to wash my feet each time that I walked on it barefoot. The shower door was broken and the bathroom is shabby.

VERY noisy streets around,impossible to sleep

Excellent communication (which is very important at times). Beautiful interior. Very good location. Warm welcome and explanation of things upon arrival. Clean, nice apartment with almost all facilities. The property was exactly as described (pictures).

We liked everything!!

The location is really good.

I didnt like a couple of things. We were 4 individuals staying yet there were very few amenities. The bed sheets were all dirty by the end of our stay and no change of sheet available. We stayed for almost 3 days and there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper!! And we informed them earlier that we are reaching late and even paid the late fee , yet there was not even a bottle of water. These little things that could have made the stay a lil more comfortable was missing. The streets are very noisy, and since there is no AC, for a hot weather day, we were bound to leave the windows open in the night. Luckily we were carrying ear plugs and we survived the noise but it was very very loud.

No iron, though listed. Very bad curtains, in the bedroom there was light even with curtains closed, while the sofa was in full light even in the night (no curtains at all)
