Lovely view from the room and had everything you would need, very basic but clean

Perfect location, beautiful sea view room which was very comfortable with the added bonus of a sun shade on the terrace if needed. Fantastic selection for breakfast and great staff.

At the time of our stay the restaurant was not open for the evening however staff recommended several really good local restaurants.

Nice place which was under refurbishment given the place a fresher look although not a total make over. Some parts were still dated. Bathroom had been done to a good standard.

No tea or coffee facilities in your room and not even a bottle of water. When I asked about this I was told this is only a 3 star hotel, but they charge a 4 star rate at just over £200 a night. The other 3 star hotels we stayed in at Nice and Beaulier Sur Mar provided this service and at a better price at under £200 a night.

the restaurant & bar were both closed & the listing said they were open. so no dinner or drinks available. very disappointing since they opened the day I left.

Great view, clean revurbished rooms. The whole hotel is amazingly situated on a rock with outstanding views. They had their own parking lot which was a big plus.

The breakfast was very limited and they didnt always bring us what we wrote. The staff in the restaurant doesnt speak English. The sound isolation between rooms and hallways is pretty bad but nobody was too noisy.

Room - bed was very hard

Hotel was just lovely, the room had an amazing view, increbile pool with a lovely small cafe attached where you can get amazing quality sandwiches and wine. We loved it.

It was very apparent that the rooftop restaurant was separate to the hotel - they could work out for hotel guests to be able to charge to their room.

The views and location were great. Staff in poolside restaurant we’re attentive.

The staff at front desk were not helpful and we seemed to bother them when asking for a taxi etc. The upstairs restaurant is not part of the hotel, which we were unaware of and the rude staff there will make it very apparent.

Size of our room, balcony and wonderful views across the bay and beyond. We only had breakfast on one of the mornings - this is still served as it was last year, plenty of fresh and healthy options.

Walls are not soundproof. You will hear eve-ry-thing. Even a sigh..

WOW this hotel exceeded my expectations and as an American traveller they are high because I am used to comfy beds, fast internet, and cool rooms. This hotel met all those and also had an incredible view and lovely staff, I spent most of my time by the pool and walking to restaurants because they were that close! I am already planning when I can go back with my husband :) thank you hôtel le Versailles team!

I only wished the staff would take drink orders at the pool since there was a bar.

The room had a killer view of the bay!. Literally a million dollar view! The pool area and cabana were nice as well. Staff was friendly and helpfull~ New bathroom and comfy bed sheets/comfort. The breakfast area ( outside) was nice- had a nice view of the bay.

Although the room had a killer view the hotel itself needs major upgrades. It has no appeal and it lacks ambience! Starting with the check in area....it looks like a messy office and very unprofessional. The hall way leading to the room were bare; old carpet. The room itself had had some upgrades ( my bathroom was new); new paiting on the bedroom wall. The furniture was ok. The balcony was old/ there was a half wall that separated the other balconies...so the privacy was ok. Also, you could hear people next door. The breakfast selection was poor. It was not a buffet style. Overall, the hotel was a disappointment!. It did not meet my expectations! The saving grace was the view and the fact that my room had had some upgrades! I would not come back.
