We have been going to Ballina for 21 years with the kids and have stayed in multiple places including across the road from Liz and Peter for many years. Once we found Liz and Peters place though, we had to come back to the street. We love it. The kids (27,25 and 15) all still love it. it has all that we need and Liz and Peter are so helpful, even when they are stressed. It is our January home and will be for a while yet. See you next year.

Great location very secure and extreemly comfortable for seniors.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach House in Ballina. A lovely ground floor apartment, with easy access, a lock up garage and a clean and swimmable riverside beach 20m away (a BIG hit with our toddler grandson). This place has it all - we were easily able to host a small family reunion in order to visit my 96 year old mother. The level access meant she had no trouble getting to the property and having a BBQ made entertaining easy for 7 adults and 2 children. The outdoor area is a lovely spot for lunch or dinner and the apartment is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, utensils and all the basic cooking essentials. The lockup garage was a welcome bonus - no hot cars here! All the little things have been well thought out so that staying here truly is a home away from home. Close to surf beaches, shops and food outlets I thoroughly recommend The Beach House!

Lovely area and location great! Cleanliness 5 star and plenty of room. Could do with a fan in main bedroom for movement of air but we highly recommend this accomodation if you are looking for a place to stay in Ballina. Thank you to our hosts for this lovely accomodation.

Everything you need, Clean and tidy, great location

Spacious, clean, self contained beach house. Close to the water, and to lots of local facilities. Felt like our home away from home. Would highly recommend. We will definitely return some day.

Very comfortable. One minor point would be for host to provide a free streaming service such as Netflix.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed being so close to the river for our early morning walks with the children.

The accommodation was spacious, light and airy with modern furnishings. There's a private courtyard with a barbeque and the pantry is well stocked with necessities. What a lovely touch to provide a jug of milk and chocolate cherry balls. Yum! We loved the location being close to the water and many great cafes and restaurants. Fabulous beaches and beautiful countryside! Definitely worth a return visit!

Very happy with accommodation. It was very spacious and well appointed. Five minute drive to shops and restaurants and not much further to beach. Elizabeth,the host, was lovely to deal with look forward to returning some day.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Beach House, it was in a fantastic location with the river just at the end of the road and close to the shops. The property itself is super comfortable, very clean and nice and quiet. Liz and Peter are beautiful hosts, they are a joy to deal with! We can’t wait to come back for another stay! Well maintained and generous supply of household items

Great clean, spacious holiday home. Good location. Friendly area. We used the garage to enter and leave the home with 3 kids under 5, that was helpful. The remote was handy too. The only recommendations I have would be a lock on the front gate from inside for safety. Other than that we were relaxed and safe.

A welcoming home close to the water, beaches and centre of town. Clean, comfortable and inviting, this home has everything you need and a few extra touches (love the Bliss Balls in the fridge). If we are ever in the area again, we will be sure to stay here!
