What a great property! We loved our stay in this house! The lanai was so enjoyable and sheltered us from the trade winds. We loved having a pool and hot tub all to ourselves! Everything is conveniently located near shops and beaches and it was really easy to find. We will stay again!

The house is new and beautiful. Fully stocked with all the things you might need during your stay. We had a nice stay at the house but there was a few things I wish I knew prior to booking The biggest hiccup was the pool alarm. Every time you open the patio doors to go outside there is an alarm that gets activated and it gets rather annoying. I realize it’s there for safety purposes but it’s rather inconvenient when you don’t have little kids in your party. There is no way to keep the doors open and allow fresh air into to home. And yiu have to keep pushing a button within 7 seconds of opening the doors or the alarm goes off. There isn’t a way to deactivate the alarm. And this alarm wasn’t in the house description when we booked. We weren’t told about it until a day before our arrival. So that was a bit annoying. Feel like that should have been stated in the home description so people are aware of the alarm prior to booking. Also the community is very new and a bit away from the rest of Waikoloa village. It’s more bare and not so green. But they have bikes in the garage you can use. Also to note. It’s very windy in this area. Especially after 1pm. Overall beautiful house. Clean. Well decorated But would not stay here again.

We had an amazing vacation at Sparkling Waters and the location was perfect for beach days, food, and Ironman race. We loved every minute.

Sparkling Waters house was just what we were looking for! The house is thoughtfully stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The rooms are comfortable, thereʻs a variety of bathrooms, the kitchen has ample space for cooking for a group/family, and the pool and outdoor space is awesome! The only thing that was lacking is that you are not able to adjust the temperature for the jacuzzi, which was not hot enough on the breezy nights.

We really enjoyed this house. Location was perfect for us. Kids loved the pool, hot tub and outside tv area. Would definitely stay here again.

The website shows pictures of a hammock and volleyball net but they were not set up; perhaps clients should have the option of having it ready (I am being very picky). My husband and I rented this property to celebrate my 60th birthday with our 2 daughters, sons-in-law, and 2 year old granddaughter. It was perfect! Everyone had their own bedroom with the adults having their own bathroom! The kitchen was the most equipped of any I have ever seen in a VRBO! And the amount of pool and beach equipment and toys was astounding! The amazing lanai was perfect for enjoying the incredible weather and sunsets! The managers responded to questions by email almost immediately! Thank you for a wonderful relaxing vacation!

Our second time staying here. The house is spacious and fully stocked. Property manager was very responsive. Location to kings and Queens shops very convenient. We had three generations stay and it was perfect!

This house was equipped to the hilt! We had everything we needed for a great week with our big family. The house is close to the Waikoloa resorts, hapuna beach, Waimea, etc. kitchen was great (especially given limited restaurant seating due to COVID). We’re already planning to come back next year!

The lay out is perfect for 2 families. One family had 2 kids and the other 3 kids. The lanai and pool provide a great atmosphere to relax outside. We had one question regarding the spa and the property management company had someone out immediately. Property and service was first class all the way around. Without a doubt we would stay here again. We were so sad to leave. This house was a key part of our overall great family vacation.

This is a really nice home with a pool and hot tub. You can even see the ocean in the distance. We have a great week in the home. The property managers were always ready to respond. And seemed happy to help.

Had a great time and really enjoyed the property. The house is really well stocked: Bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap, towels Kitchen has oil, salt, pepper in addition to pots/pans, cooking utensils. Lots of beach chairs, body boards, sand toys, water toys Laundry detergent/dryer sheets The neighborhood does look like it's still being developed but I think past the location of the house so there were no construction noises for us. Pool was great for kiddos with a shallow landing spot. Hot tub great for the adults. Mauna Kea beach was our favorite nearby but had to get there early for parking!

A beautiful property to call home while visiting Big Island. Watching sunrise as it comes over Mauna Kea is truly spectacular. Facilities and quality of home were beyond our expectations. We will be back . Thank you for all the additional touches to this home.

Beautiful property. Everything worked our perfectly.

We had three generations staying here. Everyone enjoyed it very much. They had everything we could have needed. Pool/spa were awesome. Property managers were very helpful with a couple of very minor problems and accommodating with a slightly early check in. Responsive and nice. They had many boogie boards, beach chairs and bikes as well a snorkel gear in numerous sizes. We will definitely be back. Location was perfect too, very close to King’s and Queen’s marketplaces. Easy drive to airport.

We come to waikoloa 3/year this was our favorite stay. Home was gorgeous and it was so nice to have a pool of our own. The few mechanical issues we had were promptly dealt with in person by the property mgr. Only concern was that the pool was unsecured which we knew. In Hawaii, we tend to leave doors open and live outside so if you have an infant be sure you are aware, he or she lives in a safety vest with grippy shoes and you may consider bringing a pool alarm (Amazon). A+ home!!!

This property is excellent. The location is prime: Very short distance to shopping, beaches, dining, hotels, and the airport. The home is brand new, private, fully stocked with brand new appliances, extensive kitchenware, easily operated big TVs, games, towels, beach equipment, bicycles, air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable. Well laid out floor-plan allows for privacy. The pool and hot tub are definite features. The sunsets over the ocean are clearly visible and of course spectacular. Our stay could not have been better.

The entire experience was easy and trouble free. The house is very well appointed with anything you would need. Extra blankets and linens; the kitchen was supplied with all cooking necessities. I would book this property again!
