very big, clean, comfortable, luxurious, stylish, hot water, kitchen, balcony, internet, everything was perfectly how I was expecting it. thank you for the owner and the way is taking care of the place. my pets a cat and a dog they were so happy as well ;-) thank you

the parking is tricky

Location amazing, host very nice and the process pf check in and check out very smooth. Highly recommend and for sure will be back. Amazong 3 rooms 3 bathrooms and huge living room.

The apartment is located in downtown Rabat, next to the main avenues, and National Theatre, on a very calm street, overlooking a beautiful park. The building has an underground garage where the management allowed us to park the car without extra fees! (The gatekeeper, present around the clock, helped open the door) The architecture of the apartment is stunning: a superb large living/dining room with windows along two walls provided with servo-driven jalousies, and a fantastic terrace along the two rooms. The two closets offer more than enough storage. The kitchen is provided with all the utensils needed (the air-cooled fridge and stove are brand new, a special filter provides pure drinking water besides the running water at the faucet) and more than enough cupboards.

The apartment could have earned 10 but there were a few details to be fixed with very little effort and money: The door safety lock (hook) on the entrance door was rusted and worn out. Some of the cupboards in the kitchen, as old as the building, were damaged and stained - a piece of linoleum would have hidden that (see the pictures attached). The toilet paper holder in the bathroom and second toilet had no telescopic rod (15 Euro max.) so the paper roll had to be placed somewhere else, too far to reach! There were no spare garbage bags and no paper roll in the kitchen. The wifi is slow so we had to use our cell phone internet connection. The tv, a brand new smart tv, had a wonderful choice of channels, but not through cable nor antenna, but through the net. As a result, we had no chance to watch any program, as the picture froze every two minutes. It was useless.

the property is very large and spacious.

the kitchen is a bit dated and the back door didnt lock. the keys on toilet doors should be replaced for simple locks. the flooring let the place down, made it look like a hospital ward, they should put down quality wood flooring to give a quality and cosy feel. Modernising needed.

Great location, close to the medina. Nice apartment with everything you need. We had contact by phone with the owner, and someone else came to bring the keys. The apartment is big and has a nice balcony.

The person that welcomed us and gave us the keys unfortunately did not speak English, so it was a bit of a hassle to get the parking spot inside the garage that we arranged. But after calling the owner again, this was fixed. Next morning however when we wanted to leave early to get to the airport, the owner had said we could call and they would arrange the garage to be opened. However, they did not answer the call. We could eventually arrange with the doorman to open up the garage for us.

We had booked the apartment to attend a wedding in Rabat so we arrived by car which was a bit inconvenient as it's situated in the old medina, which isn't that easy to drive through. However, for tourists visiting the city the location is excellent I think. We had no issues finding parking, which is a huge plus. The apartment was clean and well maintained with all facilities working (AC, TV, Electric blinds, warm water, toilet). We found it to be an excellent value for the price.

The door lock was very difficult to use as the key kept getting stuck in it all the time. The person who dropped the keys had similar issues so I hope it gets replaced.

The space is huge. The apartment is like a labyrinth.

The location is on the city center , near by to medina (old city for shopping) and train/tram station. It might cost you more but its save you travel time and energy. Can consider this place if you travel on family or large group.

Feel bit unsafe at night. group of people drinking near the place. But if you are in group should be safe just be extra careful when going back at night.

The apartment is located next to a large beautiful park and a short walk to the Medina. It is about 10 to 15 minute walk to the closest Carrefour. There is a great balcony and blackout shades. The sofa bed worked well as we were two adults and three children. Check in/out was easy and communication was great. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located right next to a Mosque so the call to prayer can be quite loud. Not a bad thing but depending on who is staying in the apartment might be something worth considering.
