The service is impeccable, the room is very comfortable, the staff is friendly and willing to always help

this is a new hotel, all staff are happy and friendly. I was very well received from the moment I booked the room until the moment I stayed here and left. Yes it is a great hotel , with location , bedroom and breakfast . it is quite close to the sea, it only takes 2 minutes to walk to the sea and there is a tram going to the sea and to restaurants, shops, etc. for free. If you intend to travel in Phu Quoc, I really recommend you here ☺️☺️☺️

new and nice hotel, friendly staff and good attitude. I am quite satisfied to experience here, here I can experience the culture of Vietnamese people by the food and people here. There is Pho here, it makes me crazy because of its deliciousness and the food here is also very good. What's more, when I'm here, I get advice on trips, I can experience all the attractions in Phu Quoc. Unfortunately, my vacation is over, so I can't stay here anymore. next time i will come back to this place

The guy was trying his best to comfort us. I'm not sure what was his role in the hotel (driver, cooker nor guard). Anyway he did his best. He even helped my friend to go to restaurant to get food when my friend didn't know where is the restaurant can be?! Maybe things seemed bad because of no other guest except us because of COVID 19.

I choose it according to good review rate. 9.5 out of 10. When we get there, there was a guy who doesnt speak any english no recieptionist around.We have booked few days ago. I sent message through booking send message. I didnt have any reply (not sure if they recieved at all until the recieptionist mentioned it in the morning of check out- too late). The guy called the recieptionist, soom the recieptioist lady tell the guy to get our passport and bring us to the room. The guy left our passport on table of recieption next to openwide doors without any eye on it. I feel so trilled of how careless the recieptionist is. The room was much smaller than picture (no tea nor coffee). We hoped the recieptionist to come sooner which didn't happen until next day morning. Breakfast tastes good but not exceeded the expectations that I got based on early reviews. We have chosen Deluxe Double bed room with #bathtub. Bathtub is small no room to straighten and stretch legs for any adult.(no hair dryer in the room) By my experience, it wasn't worth of its price on any aspects of service, accommandation and following decent things for any Deluxe named room.

I like the comfortable bed, the clean bathroom and the delicious breakfast. I will come back again. Thank you so much!

The hotel did a nice touch even before my arrival: they sent me a message asking if I want the airport transfer, so the driver met me on arrival with my name. I arrived quite late, after 10pm and there was no problem for me to check-in. My room was nice: clean, not over-decorated, A/C was working very well, the flow of hot water was nice, the fridge was working properly. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor with a terrace (on a shadow part, which is a plus!). Pho Bo soup was of excellent quality! The staff speaks English very fine, they are super friendly guys, they nicely kept my luggage for half of the day after check-out and always readily called me a taxi whenever I needed it. Overall I am super pleased with my stay.

You have to understand that this is a newly developed area (south of the aiport). It is pretty quiet at evening time. If you like to walk here and there and want to be closer to the evening buzz - you better consider districts north of the airport.

Much better hotels available in the same area at almost the same / slightly higher prices On one of the nights the bathroom door was stuck from the outside and I had to ask the hotel manager to help - he was helpful but it took about 20min for the fix esp as he didn't speak any English and it was a challenge explaining the issue to him
